Bathroom: Bath With Shower Attachment, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Rear garden with sitting-out area, garden furniture and BBQ. 3½-acre grounds (shared with owner). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Recently renovated in 2022, this charming bungalow is set within the owners’ 3½-acre grounds and has some stunning garden views. The property is a two-bed property which has been finished and furnished to a very high standard offering a luxurious place to stay for all. Boughton Monchelsea is situated on the outskirts of Maidstone not far from Leeds Castle and Maidstone Centre which has a large variety of shops, cafés, bars, and restaurants suitable for all ages. In the surrounding areas there are plenty of country walks and cycling routes as well as traditional country pubs to stop at for a drink or lunch/dinner.
