meget støvet
Lejligheden var meget støvet , især i stuen.
Denne lejlighed, er ikke for ældre mennesker, alle møbler er meget lave. Vi var der i 14 dage og fik kun 1 badehåndklæde hver, inde i soveværelset var der kun garderobe til 1 person, 1 person måtte lade tøjet blive i kufferten.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Sightseeing
Positiv:
- Gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV
- Kein Parkdruck an der Ferienwohnung
- Hochwertiges Bett
Negativ:
- Bei der Sauberkeit ist noch deutlich Luft nach oben (z.T. dicke Staubschichten auf künstlichen Pflanzen und den Regalen. Auch die Fenster könnten mal geputzt werden)
- beengte Küche. Wer kochen möchte, muss erst den Toaster und die Kaffeemaschine beiseiteräumen, um diese vor spritzendem Öl oder Fett zu schützen.

Magdeburg ist eine Reise wert
Uns erwartete eine schöne, moderne Ferienwohnung in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Mit der Straßenbahn Nr. 1 lässt sich die Innenstadt bequem erreichen. Im nahegelegenen Lokal Hadrys lässt es sich gemütlich und besonders gut speisen.
Wir empfehlen es weiter.

Sehr komfortables Appartment
Die Wohnung liegt super gut, die Öffis halten gleich um die Ecke. Der Aufzug von der Tiefgarage bis direkt an die Wohnung ist sehr bequem.
Das Appartment ist gut eingerichtet und geräumig und hat alles was man braucht. Wir haben gekocht und am Küchentisch gegessen, das geht mit zwei Leuten sehr gut.
Besonders der Balkon war zum Abend hin eine Oase der Erholung.
Das einzige, was wirklich fehlt, ist ein Markierungsring für die Schlüssel :)

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende in Sebastians Ferienwohnung.
Die Ferienwohnung liegt ruhig in einer Nebenstraße in Sudenburg. Straßenbahnhaltestelle gleich um die Ecke. Somit erreicht man in wenigen Fahrminuten die Innenstadt.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.
Kinderbett und -stuhl standen schon bei Ankunft, ohne vorherige Nachfrage, bereit.
Wir kommen wieder!
