Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer guten Lage (Haltestellen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Spielplatz etc. in direkter Nähe). Allerdings hat das Gebäude, in dem sich die Wohnungen befindet schon mal bessere Zeiten gesehen (Vogelkot, Rattenköder-Hinweise, Bierflaschen, Müll, etc. im Hausflur). Die Wohnung entspricht grundsätzlich den Bildern, wobei bei weitem nicht mehr so auf die Darstellung für die Gäste geachtet wird. Das Inventar bräuchten mal wieder ein Upgrade (z.B. kaputter Stuhl, kaputter Wasserkocher, zwei Schüsseln für mögliche 4 Personen, Spülmaschine reinigt nicht, etc.). Und leider war die Reinigung wirklich mies (z.B. Zahnpastareste in Spiegelschrank und Bechern, Kotreste in der Toilettenbürste, altes Pizzastück unter der Küchenzeile). Eine weitere Bewertung zeigt Bilder, die identisch mit unseren sind - also wurde hier definitiv nur minimalst oder gar nicht "geputzt".Verwirrend war für uns auch, dass über Fewo-direkt (unser Buchungsportal), smoobo und die Gästemappe vor Ort unterschiedliche Infos (z.B. Code, Check-Out, Bettwäsche, etc.) und nicht mehr zuständige Ansprechpartner vor Ort genannt werden - das sollte auch mal aktualisiert werden.Wir würden die Wohnung trotz guter Lage nicht empfehlen. Dann doch lieber etwas außerhalb und mit den Öffentlichen rein, günstiger und v.a. sauberer.

Haarbüschel und Wollmäuse unter dem Bett (vielleicht hätte ich den Ring lieber nicht wieder gefunden), unterschiedliche Bettwäsche; Schrank war nicht benutzbar, da dort über 5 Bettdecken aufbewahrt wurden, Geschirr war dreckig mit teilweise großen Essensresten, in Wasserkocher und Senseo waren noch Wasser drin...Der Aufzug ist extrem klein, aber er ist da und es passt. Allerdings muss man durch eine Art Hinterhof mit vielen Mülltonnen und wenig Licht hindurch. Passend dazu überall der Hinweis das es Ratten gibt. Andernfalls hat man ein Treppenhaus mit viel Vogelscheiße und Dreck. Oben angekommen ist man schnell in der Wohnung. Die große Wohnungstür lässt viel Licht hinein, aber da nur 1m vom Aufzug weg, fühlt man sich ziemlich beobachtet. Ein Vorhang wäre schön. Im Badezimmer war in allen Ecken dicker Dreck, im Bade Spiegel war jeder Boden dreckig und peckig. Alte Zahnputzbecher, weiß verkleckert, stand auch noch drin. Die Gummis der Wannendusche eher dreckig als schimmelig. Das Sofa sollte vorsichtig genutzt werden - teilweise extrem harte Stellen (Holzlatten ohne Polster?).Schöne Kinderbücher und nette Kuscheltiere konnten wir sehen.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer wirklich tollen Lage: Ein großer Spielplatz, ein Edeka sowie eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle befinden sich direkt um die Ecke. Die Einrichtung entspricht der Beschreibung, und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Ein großes Plus sind auch die vielen Restaurants in der Nähe.
