This is a good, clean hotel in this part of town. The breakfasts are great, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are fairly basic but very nice. There's a restaurant and outside bar, but nowhere particularly relaxing in the common areas. However, it's perfect for a business trip, and not far from the airport.

Just returned from a long weekend in Madrid . Excellent hotel , would highly recommend. Modern, spotless rooms , and with good facilities onsite , including the restaurant and snack bar . Staff were so friendly and helpful , nothing was too much trouble. Previous reviews have criticised the location but there is a bus stop directly outside which took us right into Puerto del Sol , and for €1.50 great value. I will certainly be returning to stay here again. Well done to all the staff at this hotel , very high standards . Thank you.

No idea why there's a hotel in this area, it's basically residential. View of the back of industrial units in the front is not very scenic. Bus 150 will take you to downtown Madrid. This is a modern hotel with a neon purple carpet in the elevator. If you're jet lagged or hung over, that will be the end of it. Rooms are big, clean, and have good lighting and storage. Zero soundproofing, you will hear anyone and everyone in the hallways. Why don't they get sound absorbing material there? Best part is the snack bar which is excellent, open long hours and has very reasonable and good food because there's nothing else around. Breakfast also excellent, very good coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice in a bizarre looking machine.

Been to hotels around the world this one is the one with a unexpected and pleasant environment great service and people. my respect yo the staff for an excellent operation. Also for me location is a plus for this facility close to estacion de la mora and Chamartín metro / train stations

I stayed here for an Educational Tour and it was very nice. The rooms were very spacious and the breakfast buffet was very good. All of the staff are friendly and accommodating. To get to Madrid city center you have to take 2 different Metro lines, but it is not complicated. I would stay in the hotel again.

spent 2 nights last week in this hotel. overall not good choice altough some good things. let's start from the bad: no gym. for this category you really expect a gym..I could not believe when they told me it was not there..Location really terrible..only if you need to work in that area (as we had to do) otherwise not a good choice. bed not too comfortable as the double bed was made with 2 beds tight together. the good: room ok. very clean. dinner in the room overall good quality. breakfast good especially the cake which tasted home made. very good also the coffe and cake rack for breakfast restaurant pre-opening hours.

Exactly a year later I had another meeting in the area and we chose to stay here again with the whole group. Quite a few new faces at the front desk and in the restaurant, not all of them are fluent in English yet. I'd mailed ahead to request my favourite room type which is one at the end of the corridor which the hotel had allocated to me which was nice. Wifi speed and stability seems to have improved. Rooms are still modern, look fresh, spotlessly clean and in general a nice place to be. As the last time, temperature in the hotel is extreme, 24c seems to be the norm and that's terribly uncomfortable to me. There's airco but it doesn't seem to do that much. First night I woke up twice due to the temperature. Second night I slept wth the window open and earplugs in which was a lot more comfortable. On my first night I noticed one of the room lights would not switch off due to a faulty switch. I used one of the circuit breakers to deal with that and reported it to reception next morning. Unfortunately that did NOT lead to anyone actually looking at this or fixing it.. Bar staff has improved speed a bit and due to the nice weather they'd opened the terrace in front of the hotel which is a nice place to sit and relax. At breakfast one of the staff actually came up to our table and offered to do us some fried bacon and scrambled eggs which was a nice gesture. Rest of the breakfast fare is typically spanish with possibly the smoothies as an exception. It's all there, fresh, in ample supply but as a northerner I missed some decent muesli, whole meal breads or cripsbreads or basically alternatives to sweetened white flour products. Despite these things it is still a very nice hotel to stay and the main disadvantage to me is that nobody even tried to fix the light switch.

Modern, stylish hotel, maybe too neutral. Clean and basic rooms, large choice for breakfast, WiFi access a bit complicated, service at the desk efficient and polite. Located in a peripheral area, it really represent the essential business-style hotel.

Good hotel for a business trip. Local area is underwhelming with little or no attractions nearby if you are a tourist I suggest staying closer to city. For business traveller it has everything you need and was very comfortable. Breakfast was adequate but special commendation for proper orange juice in the morning!

Very good hotel for business trip. Train station is almost near (5 minutes walking to Fuente de la mora). Rooms are very clean, big and well furnished. Service is very good too. Breakfast is good and they also have something gluten free, for who needs
