Luxurious hotel with an excellent location. We had a very short stay in Villa Magna as returning guests attending the Supercopa. The hotel continues to maintain its boutique feel given the personalized level of service and attention to detail. The rooms (grand deluxe) were extremely well appointed and quite spacious. Despite a few hiccups on arrival which the staff efficiently resolved and the Chinese restaurant being closed for renovation, we really enjoyed our stay.
We spend 4 night with my colleagues on a business trip in September. Very good location in the city. Clean and comfortable rooms with big spaces. Impressive bathrooms (in both our rooms) with separate toilets from the showers. We also had dinner twice there. Good food and polite service.
My husband and I were there last week for leisure, and it was a perfect stay! My room was excellent, comfortable and very nice. The hotel has many pleasant places to stay, beatiful ambiances, and 2 outside terraces. The location is perfect, near to many restaurants and shops. Certainly I would like to come back there again .
Room was big 500 square feet with a great rain shower, the view to Paseo de la Casrellana is superb.walking distance to great restaurants and the best shopping in the city, walk out of the back door and you are in the best store in town El Corte Ingles.
The hotel is stunning, rooms are cleaned to the upmost detail. The beds are very confortable and the bathrobes big with te best shower head you can imagine. If you can afford to pay a little extra this is the best deal for your cash
Clean And Useful.. This hotel is really clean and wonderful, And also city is perfect!!!! Staff great,Hotel Great,Hotel cleaning Great...Hotel Reception Great,,,It is wonderful a Hotel Villa Magna. Thanks for everything.
This is one of the nicest hotels in Madrid. I stayed there for 5 days on a business trip and it was very comfortable. Lovely rooms and huge marble bathrooms and showers. The hotel offers a terrace in the middle of the lobby as well as outside terraces. It is connected to El Corte Ingles and through it you can access a supermarket for some shopping too. It is in a prestegious area surrounded by nice shops and restaurants. Never ran out of options
Beautiful hotel with its eclectic design. I like the lobby furnished in art nouveau style and some contemporary art pieces with an amazing terrace overlooking Paseo de la Castellana. The hotel has very convenient location for people interesting in both art/culture and shopping. The Prado museum is 20-25 min walking distance whereas the national archaeological museum which is very interesting to visit for children is just 10 min walking by lively Calle de Serrano. I have booked the Junior Suite which is rather small in size. But It is a normal for local hotels. The room was clean and had a most comfy bed i have ever slept. Recommend to visit Tse Yang, the chinese restaurant, one of the best in Madrid and to have some evening drinks in a beautiful patio. Went to the gym but could not stay there more than 15 min...too small. Five people inside already feeling crowded. The people on the reception and concierge are very friendly and professional.
We stayed 5 nights at this hotel, booked two rooms . Very peaceful and quiet. What a lovely hotel the service was outstanding. I requested an iron , board and kettle and within 2 mins it was delivered to my room. The breakfast was delicious and hot food is prepared when requested no hot food standing in heating trays. Staff throughout the hotel were very helpful and pleasant, nothing was too much of an effort for them. Near the high end shopping district. I will highly recommend this hotel.
This is a very elegant and very well maintained and run hotel. This is in the same category of what you would expect at a St Regis, for example. Very elegant, tasteful, professionally run. The location is excellent for high end shopping, and about a mile from the Prado and other key museums. If you wander around there are ample places to eat, but the concierge recommendations seemed old school and not in the immediate vicinity - you wonder if they have an existing "relationship" with certain restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel.
