They did have the rooms cleaned and no one to fix anything they didn’t answer the phone if have a problem to help you they didn’t provide extra trash bags

The staff was excellent—attentive and helpful—and the Salamanca location is ideal, with everything nearby. However, the apartment didn’t match the photos, maintenance was poor, and basic amenities (toilet paper, hand soap) were missing. We arrived to a broom left in the middle of the apartment, which stayed there all week. The furniture was outdated, curtains unattractive, and the space felt cramped. Sadly, I wouldn’t stay again; I’d look for better options in Salamanca.

Property was nice and clean. About a 45 minute walk to most of the main sights. If you prefer a quieter neighborhood away from the touristy spots, then this is a good spot. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby so location is ok.

The property is near Barajas airport and walking distance to the metro. Serrano avenue is about a 30 minute walk. The flat included a washer. It would be nice to have additional basics like a sling and dish soap. The carpet inside needs a deep cleaning.

It is very close to metro and grocery stores. I advise you to bring some earplugs in case you get a room that faces the street. The trash pickup is done about 2 am. The trucks are loud. The food delivery guys hang out across the street and they are loud. Note the time that the reception desk is staffed. If you need anything they are very helpful when they are on duty. Negotiate when your room will be cleaned and where to leave your trash. Great bakery 2 door down to right.

This property was very basic- while they did help with small repairs they did not restock the basic toilet paper tissues garbage bags dishwasher detergent -only dropping off one at a time when we had 4 dishes (3 people)- the front desk staff was nonexistent. I basically bought coffee pods soap laundry to probably fill future rooms. The area around nice- fruit stand outside many groceries nearby and the metro Diego de Leon . For the price I think the charge was too great for little to no service or anything provided. Plus response time from company was not great

Se trata de un aparthotel. Está muy bien equipado con electrodomésticos de cocina, platos, vasos, copas, hasta cazuelas! Han pensado en todo. Lo único que señalaría es que mi apartamento era para personas minusválidas, y, o no lo decían, o yo no lo leí y algunas cosas se me hacían incómodas, como la ducha. Si vuelvo a Madrid, no dudaré en quedarme aquí nuevamente.
