Not up to par with a Marriott hotel. No coffee maker in room and shuttle only ran until 2300 even though we requested a shuttle and were ready at 2310 because it took 40 minutes for our luggage to arrive at carousel. Very sterile feeling to hotel.

Staff was AMAZING! The shuttle from airport to hotel was a joke. We called several times and couldn’t get a straight answer on where to meet it. We went outside where the taxis were but no shuttle. We forced to take a cab, which was annoying because the shuttle is WHY I chose the hotel. Our hotel room was hot no air was on. The front desk guy put us in other rooms. He again was amazing!

Everything almost! It is far from Madrid central. We took uber/taxi...one way is around 28 euro. Excellent shuttle service to be drop off at the airport Terminal 4. They are on time! Our room was very roomy for 3 people. Bathroom is great with bidet . Shower good. Breakfast is very good.

the property still good and very well located for my trip purpose and less than 7 min to the airport, must Madrid areas are less than 30 minutes away. Jose from the staff was so gentil but the whole staff, they were a little grumpy and i didn't feel welcome sometimes. around the hotel a lot abandoned industrial buildings with graphics and the exterior of the Hotel needs more attention. overall is good for me AC chain is very convenience in Europe and especially in Spain and Madrid but they are loosing the passion for serve the tourist and guest, but even to the platinum member use to make you feel special. i hope they take care of this. kind regards

Check in was easy & pleasant, room was clean, spacious & comfortable. On site restaurant was nice after getting there late at night from a long international flight. Close to airport, 30 minutes from Madrid city center. NOTHING in near the hotel - you must take a cab anywhere. High fences & locked gate around the hotel made you question the off-site safety.
