Ak Always lukewarm Coffee, OJ machine broken, food lukewarm, pool out of service but not divulged until asked , beds not changed, no luggage carts available, no safety bars in tub/shower, no‐slip mats provided, smoking outside of bldg doors entered hallway access to rooms, loud guests slamming doors at 5:30am.

I waited over 10 minutes before some young disgruntled employee showed up to check me in. The room was supposed to be non smoking but smelled like someone had just smoked in the room & was told I could not have another room. The hallway was filled with crumbs like a toddler had crushed cookies into the carpet.

I have stayed here multiple times. My stay was very pleasant. I had a misunderstanding on the room charge but the manager was very kind to explain it and show that everything was correct. I come here to work from time to time and I like it that I can park my vehicle right in front of my door to load and unload my equipment.

Pool and hot tub were not available for use. Breakfast was extremely poor with most items being unavailable and staff was not keeping it up. Happened both mornings we tried to get breakfast. The Remote that was on the north get stand could only change channels until we found one that actually worked behind the bed in the second day of our stay and the shower curtain kept coming open due to poor installation. I will never stay there again.
