Located on the near east side of Madison, this duplex is on the Washington Manor city park. It is 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, plus an office. 3 queen beds. TV room. 2nd floor balcony is shared with the neighbor. In-unit washer and dryer. Front and back yard are fenced and shared with the neighboring duplex. You will hear city sounds such as airplane, train, and ambulance. This is a 2 story apartment. Being centrally located, and with the bike path just outside your door, this gives you access to all the best that Madison has to offer. Bridges Golf Course is nearby.
