Staff were lovely especially the ones at breakfast the manager was very friendly and attentive. Rooms were clean and good amenities. Only issue was that our room wasn’t cleaned on the last day although we requested it and the scale in our room wasn’t working and room service wouldn’t provide us with a new one so had to borrow from next door.

Everything was great, room was clean, staff was great, breakfast too was good although it was the same every day. Just a short walk from the haram. I was just a little disappointed with the size of the bathroom, The bathroom was quite small with the toilet in a very tight spot making it difficult to do ablution

The hotel is just a 4-minute walk from Gate 309 of Masjid Al Nabawi. The room was spacious and modern, and the breakfast buffet was excellent! My only suggestion would be to improve communication before arrival.

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel is in a great location. Close to everything. The staff was very accommodating. It was a great pleasure to be welcomed by Amena and Abdulah in the morning for breakfast. Food was delicious, and attention to detail on all levels was appreciated.
