In the centre of Madesimo, residential area (villas), excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 100 m from the skiing area. Private: small garden (not fenced) with lawn. In the house: sauna, hot tub, relaxation room, storage room for skis, central heating system. Pre-arrival grocery service. In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars, extra) at the house. Grocery, supermarket 50 m, restaurant, bar 100 m, bus stop. Chair lift, ski school, children's ski school 100 m, cross country ski track 1.5 km, children's playground 150 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Como 45 km. Einzigartiges Ferienhaus

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Kombination des Hauses aus dem 15. Jahrhundert und z.T. neu renoviert war einzigartig. Ein jeder Raum hatte seinen besonderen Flair. Den Wellnessbereich haben wir leider nicht genutzt. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist eine fehlende Kaffeemaschine für 8 Personen. Ansonsten hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieterin war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.

La dolce Vita

Lage zum Lift sehr angenehm. Cooler Supermarkt (eigentlich heißt der Dolce Vita) gleich gegenüber. Netter Empfang durch die Hausdame. Ich habe allerdings nur 3 Schlafzimmer gezählt (dafür aber auch 4 Wohnzimmer). Es gibt keinen Backofen (nur einen Grill in der Mikrowelle). Das Kochfeld hat Induktion, das Kochgeschirr ist aber größtenteils aus Aluminium (=inkompatibel).
