Private: large garden (not fenced) with trees, lawn for sunbathing. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Pre-arrival grocery service. Parking at the house. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bus stop 1 km. Chair lift 1.2 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Como 45 km. Hiking paths: Andossi - Giardino Alpino Valcava, Lago d'Emet - Pizzo Spadolazzo, Sentiero del Cardinello, Val Febbraro. Please note: car recommended. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.
