The room was dirty, the carpet was held in place with duct tape, the accent chair was filthy and not suitable to sit on. Overall the hotel was not well cared for regarding needed repairs and the items that had been “fixed”, were simply patched. The breakfast bar “hot food” was lukewarm and subsequently a health concern. Definitely a health department violation. Overall, I was very disappointed in this LaQuinta. It’s definitely a bad reflection upon this management, as I’ve stayed at many LaQuinta hotels from East Coast to West Coast and this is by far our worst experience.

Staff was very friendly. Room was beat up. Looked like some water damage in the ceiling from the sprinkler system, and a lot of paint peeling off the walls, but just a few cosmetic things. Hotel is nice.

Good week stay.
Another good visit at the LaQuinta. The only issue I had was the AC in the first room I was assigned wasn't working. Called the desk and was immediately moved without issue. AC worked great in the new room. Breakfast was always good. Was super crowded due to a conference on site.

The room was clean. However, the air in our room didn't work, and I called the front desk at 11 pm and the desk receptionist said to change the thermostat on the wall. We did that, and nothing still changed. The room temperature was 80 degrees all night . We were miserable and stuffy. I told the desk clerk the next morning, and she just said, 'Thanks for letting us know". I wish I had not prepaid, because I would have asked for a discount. On a postive note, the breakfast was really good, and the lady in charge of that did an excellent job and was very friendly.

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed. The customer service was exceptional. The breakfast was good. I also rented the conference room for a baby shower. I highly recommend Laquinta Inn in Forsyth Georgia.

People above us stomping throughout the evening. Must be wood construction. The Air Conditioner was so noisy, the compressor came trying to come on for 1 minutes and then clunk and then 5 minutes later start all over again. Kept waking us up all night long. I mentioned it to the front desk but no response. Even in the morning we got a ohthat's too bad. They just wanted their money and get out of here.
