This property offers self-check-in. For the safety, security, and protection of all parties, we require all reservations to complete an identity verification and background screening through a secure third-party service. The verification process includes submitting a valid government-issued photo ID and a live selfie to confirm identity. The name on the ID must match the name on the reservation. This must be completed and approved before check-in instructions will be released.

Security Deposit & Violations:
A $250 pre-check-in security deposit may be required to cover incidentals or damages. This deposit is fully refundable after check-out, provided no violations or issues occur. A minimum fee of $250 may be charged if any house rules are broken, including but not limited to unauthorized parties, smoking, unapproved pets, tampering with devices, or exceeding occupancy limits. Serious or repeat violations may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. A warning will be issued for noise complaints; a second complaint may result in removal from the property without refund.
All guests must be registered. Maximum occupancy limits must be followed at all times.

Tampering with Wi-Fi routers, smart devices, security cameras, or locks is strictly prohibited.
Mail or package delivery is not allowed. The host/property is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned deliveries.

Noise & Monitoring:
This unit includes a Minut smart home device to monitor noise levels, smoking, and occupancy for safety and neighborhood compliance. The building is located in a multi-unit residential property, and occasional noise from neighboring units may occur. While we do not manage other units, we strive to maintain a respectful and quiet environment for all guests.
Maintenance, Safety & Access:
Routine maintenance or inspections may take place during your stay. In the event that building management, maintenance staff, or emergency personnel need to access the unit, we’ll do our best to provide advance notice. Guests are required to allow entry if needed. For safety reasons, tampering with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, or other safety equipment is not permitted and may result in reservation cancellation.
Lockouts & Key Policy:
Lost keys, damaged lock devices, or lockouts may result in a replacement or service fee depending on the timing and circumstances.
Unreturned, Lost, or Damaged keys will be charged, as below:

Convenient to be right downtown, though the urban setting not for all. Place pretty much as advertised. But two problems: only one key, though there is a lockbox workaround. Bigger issue was extremely loud music bumping from club downstairs Sat night until close to 3 am. Other nights were fine but that was rough.
Overall the place was perfect for the stay however a few things of note would help improve the experience:
The listing did not clarify the parking options
The Check-in communication was very lacking
The Check-in procedure is not intuituve
Fix those few items and place is close to perfect.

A BAD Experience
Hate to have to leave this review, but I had a very bad experience that some of you all should be warned about.
I usually do not bring up the little things, but I will because I had a situation where my work asked me to extend my stay. I msged for an extension of 2 nights not more than 10 minutes passed and I canceled this. Come to find out I was charged anyways and they would not give me a refund. $300 dollars.
Not only will I never be staying here again because of this and I was planning to stay here when I was I will be telling EVERYONE to do the same.

Good location, street level bar was loud
The apartment was great, good location and within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. I had trouble getting into the apartment and the customer service person was super helpful and quickly resolved my problem. The only issue was the bar on the bottom floor- street level. The noise was an issue and kept us up well past midnight due to the booming music. We were provided ear plugs for both rooms. The apartment is on the third floor and our floors still vibrated. Overall a good experience but be aware of the noise, at least on weekends.
