The NaturalLodge is a nice place with a great view of the main square in Machu Picchu Pueblo from the breakfast room. The service was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Fantastic stay at Aguas Calientes! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Great location and delicious breakfast each morning. Highly recommend—would definitely stay here again!

This property is 80 steps from the street so prepare for that. That being said it was a fantastic stay. The property owners were helpful, friendly. Our room was clean and spacious, we would definitely stay here again! It was a little hard to find because it's so far off the street look for gringo bills and turn right before you get there..

The NaturaLodge was the perfect place for us to rest and enjoy the town before we went to Machu Picchu. It exceeded our expectations, especially with things such as the cleanliness, nice bathroom, amazing views, location, lovely breakfast on top of the hotel with more amazing views, and the friendly staff. The only downside to the hotel is the trek up the stairs to get to the hotel entrance. But even with that, we would still highly recommend this hotel!

Very nice stay, with a bit of a climb to get there (about 80 stairs). Sometimes it was difficult to find the receptionist, but when they were there they were very helpful. There were no outlets or lights at your bedside, limited views or windows, and not the most comfortable/warm blankets. Overall it was a very nice stay, with a great breakfast buffet and a beautiful view from the upstairs roof !

Staff was amazing and kind! They picked us up directly from the train station and escorted us to the hotel and helped bring all our luggages us the stairs. Breakfast was amazing and the views were breathtaking. Located in the heart of Aguas Calientes with mountain view. Bed was comfortable, shower water was hot, and WiFi was fast. Staff also gave us great recommendations on where to eat and explore. Very accommodating and warm people all around. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Amazing stay. Staff helped me carry luggage from train station all the way up to hotel. Gave me some information on machu pichu ticket line up. Balcony has view on line. Early breakfast helped with line up and machu pichu logistics. Location is close to line up. Very easy. A little noisy at night because of sport events. I slept with AirPods Pro, no issue. Nice hot shower after long days. Recommend !

Wow, what a great hotel! The staff really genuinely cares about making a great experience (more on that later). What travelers in Peru probably care about most is this: Is there a good hot shower? YES, THE SHOWER WAS AMAZING! The location is right next to the main plaza but up high and away from any bar noise. One thing to note, there are plenty of stairs to get ip to the hotel entrance. But the staff was so sweet to us, helping accommodate our weird schedule and providing a carry away breakfast for our 4:45am departure to Machu Pichu. It's very close to the bus station too. The rooftop breakfast/hang out area was so excellent, with the best view in the city - almost made us want to order our meals for take away and eat on our favorite rooftop.
