Disappointing Stay with Several Issues
I was looking forward to my stay, but unfortunately, several aspects of the property did not meet my expectations. The place felt quite outdated, reminiscent of the 1990s, and navigating the appliances was a challenge. We had to unplug one appliance to use another, which was quite inconvenient.
The Wi-Fi connection was extremely poor, which made it difficult to stay connected. Additionally, the TV was set up only for DVD use, and there was no capability for streaming apps, which felt very outdated.
For the price I paid, the value was lacking. We were excited about the balcony space, but it was disappointing to find there was no comfortable seating available. The beds were quite hard and uncomfortable, which made for a less than restful stay.
On a positive note, the property management company was somewhat helpful. Mr. Tiago Teixeira did his best to assist us, including moving the owner’s car so we could park ours.
Unfortunately, I decided to leave after just a week of the month-long rental due to these issues. I hope the property can be updated and improved for future guests.
