Our stay was not pleasant. The Hotel does not live up to expectations. It is not a 4 star hotel. Our check in was at 12:00, we arrived at 1:30 pm and it took them 40 minutes to check in and then they informed us that there was no room available. We were only able to get into the room at 4:00 pm. We were with children and it was complicated. When they released the room, there was no sheet on the bed and the floor was dirty. The shower only ran cold water, only the other day there was hot water in the shower. Breakfast to be desired. The parking lot has a very bad entrance, cramped and internally very difficult to maneuver. The entire staff is very slow to provide service. I do not recommend this stay

Minha experiência no Mercure ficou muito abaixo do esperado, principalmente considerando o valor da diária, em torno de R$ 400. O hotel vende uma imagem de qualidade e conforto que, na prática, não corresponde ao que é entregue ao hóspede. Um dos primeiros problemas foi o estacionamento. Além de caro, a estrutura é bastante inconveniente. Em alguns momentos o carro fica na garagem do hotel, mas em outros é levado para um estacionamento a céu aberto localizado em outro quarteirão, o que gera desconforto e insegurança. O quarto também deixou muito a desejar. A cama apresentava problemas estruturais, dando a sensação de estar quebrada, comprometendo o descanso. O chuveiro estava bastante entupido, com fluxo de água ruim, e em vários momentos sequer conseguia manter a água quente de forma adequada. O atendimento também não foi consistente. Embora alguns funcionários tenham sido prestativos, outros demonstraram pouca cordialidade. Algo simples, como cumprimentar os hóspedes com um “bom dia”, muitas vezes não acontecia, passando a sensação de falta de atenção e acolhimento. O café da manhã foi outra grande decepção. Achei muito simples e com poucas opções para um hotel dessa categoria. No meu último dia de hospedagem a situação foi ainda pior: faltou café, pão de queijo e frutas, mesmo havendo apenas cerca de 15 pessoas no salão naquele momento. Isso demonstra uma falha de planejamento e reposição dos itens. A sensação é de que o hotel cobra por uma experiência que não entrega
