Wonderful Again.

This is my 2nd time at Maceio Mar Hotel. I booked 3 terrazza rooms and all had great views of the beach. For some reason, mine was the smaller of the 3, but it was still a great room. Parking can be a problem at the hotel, but if you are okay walking or taking an uber for short trips, it's not. The breakfast was always wonderful with so many choices. I love the fresh fruit and juices that were available. Great location. Right across the street is the beach and there are plenty of restaurants within a few blocks. I still wish they would get some staff that spoke some english.

Awesome stay in Panoramic View room

I'm not a Portuguese speaker and it would have been nice if there was someone on site that spoke some English. Google Translate was my fried when I needed to convey or get the help from the front desk. The only complaint I have is road noise. I understand that being right on the beach and the traffic is heavy, but the single pane windows let the sound right through it. Having said this, I was exhausted from all of my daily fun/sun/activities that after about 5 minutes, I fell asleep fairly quickly. Lots of beach activities right across the street, beautiful view, great breakfast buffet.

Great place, and our second time here....Decided to stay an extra day simply because we were having such a nice time enjoying the beach, the decent restaurants, etc....Staff was friendly and accommodating of our request to add an extra day at a not unreasonable cost (quite a bargain, actually)....Would recommend Maceio Mar Hotel in a heartbeat.

Ficamos lá por uma noite apenas por estarmos de passagem para Maragogi. O hotel é bom, atendimento bom na recepção, quartos grandes, cama confortável. Amenities no banheiro bem simples. Localização boa. Café da manhã OK. Piscina pequena mas atende bem o público. A única coisa chata foi que esquecemos o segundo cartão do quarto dentro dele na hora do check out, e tivemos que voltar e pegar para devolver ambos senao haveria multa. Nunca vi isso em hotel antes, e não foi avisado na entrada sobre isso, mas OK. Copa baby bem simples, não tinha nem água de filtro disponivel. Apenas microondas.

Já tinha me hospedado no Maceio Mar Hotel outras vezes. Ótima localização, boa alimentação e estrutura. Apenas me deixou chateado com o Hotel, porque minha cunhada foi praticamente obrigada a pagar 2 chocolates do quarto, onde não houve o consumo. Não se rmtem um controle de consumação, tipo: assinatura do hóspede, confirmando o consumo. Então no Check-out, fica sua palavra contra a da recepcionista. Sinceramente, vou rever minhas opções antes de me hospedar lá novamente. Vale ressaltar, sempre levo quase toda a família.

REFORMA AS 8h da manhã no quarto de cima! Reservamos o quarto mais caro do hotel visando ter mais conforto (o quarto Panorâmico). Eis que as 8h da manhã acordamos com marteladas no quarto acima, reforma, em pleno feriado. No dia seguinte a reforma continuou no período da tarde também. Maceió é um destino de férias, as pessoas querem relaxar e dormir até tarde, paguei pra isso. E não sou obrigado a ter barulho de reforma em cima do meu quarto. Achei desonestos, se sabiam que tá em reforma porque vendem o quarto??? Deveriam tirar da opção de hospedagem. O que salvou foi o atendimento da Mariana da recepção, muito simpática e também as moças do café da manhã que são muito legais. A comida também maravilhosa, mas o conforto do quarto ZERO devido ao barulho constante de quebra quebra de reforma.

O hotel é excelente. Localização otima, bem em frente ao mar. O quarto é espaçoso e a cama de casal é imensa. Q equipe é muito gentil, com destaque para a camareira Íris e a senhora que prepara as tapiocas do café da manhã. Muito queridas (adoramos os bilhetes e a escultura nas toalhas feitas pela Iris). Pontos negativos: a internet é muito ruim, praticamente só funciona na recepção, nos quartos usava apenas meu 5G. Outra coisa que nos desagradou DEMAIS: no mesmo andar do nosso quarto estava tendo uma obra. Um barulho absurdo e quase que o dia todo. Nem mesmo as reclamações surtiram efeito. Achamos um desrespeito com os hóspedes, principalmente pela reclamação que fizemos ter sido totalmente ignorada. No mais o hotel é ótimo. Eu e minha família gostamos muito.

SONHO X PESADELO.

Não foi muito agradável, pous não nos permitirão checkin mais cedo e nem estava tão cheio assim. Faltando 15 min para o checkin uma funcionária resolveu me atender, dai um outro rapaz do check in a repreendeu por iniciar antes das 14h...absurdo, ainda mais em se tratando dd um senhor idoso. Não gostei muito do restaurante, ele é muito pequeno para a quantidade de apartamentos e sempre com filas no horario inicial e tinhamos que ficar esperando alguem sair, a comida era razoável, porem é muito repetitiva. Gostei muito dos bolos e doces e do pessoal atendente do restaurante e da limpeza também. Outra coisa, nao tem estacionamento, só ha vagas, e todas elas o lado de fora do hotel, e contei que só atende a 32 veiculos e nao vi estacionamento pago por perto. Ficar nesse hotel era um sonho de consumo meu, mas quase virou um pequeno pesadelo, ao ponto que sai do hotel um dia antes do meu pacote terminar.
