EXCELLENT bedroom and living room in the heart of Ponta Verde, quality, comfort.
Fully furnished with all the necessary items to make you feel at home during your stay!!!
Close to the beach and the handicraft fair of Pajuçara, as well as nearby restaurants, banks, supermarkets, etc.
The condominium has an infrastructure designed for tourism, with shared bicycle, kayak, swimming pool, work room.
The condominium does not accept pets or visitors for seasonal rentals.
The apartment was designed for a couple working from HOME OFFICE, with an individual work environment for each one, or four people on vacation.
For HOME OFFICE we have a workbench in the bedroom and the table in the living room also has the ergonomic measures indicated for the work.
High speed broadband internet (250 MB) and premium pay TV package.
For sleeping, we have a bedroom with a double bed with single bunk bed and a sofa bed in the living room, both new and comfortable, both rooms have air conditioning with voice command and are new.
In the kitchen all the utensils and basic necessities to prepare lunch and breakfast are available, it has a washing machine so they can wash their clothes if they want and a cooler to go to the beach too.
IMPORTANT: According to the description of the space, visitors are not accepted during accommodation, everyone who accesses the property must be previously registered at the reception (by sending a document with photo) and will receive a bracelet to access the condominium facilities, this is for SAFETY From everyone, we count on your collaboration.
