Been to windows resaturant at lobby level after a short trips with friends.. the lobby and reception was crowded..one of the employee greated us and said give us 20 min, however we were left unattended for 30 min, got table after 45 min.. the food was good however it could have been better specially honey glazed chicken.. desset selection was good... service was good but could have been better.. overall experience was average may be because it was crowded...
The hotel is perfectly located on Cotai Strip. Expect to receive typical Four Seasons hospitality at this property. The Chinese one-star Michelin restaurant is amazing with perfect food. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
The hotel is great. The food not so much! Also be aware- their internet is the worst in the history! It's barely 0,5 mbps! You can not stay here for business! You can't even receive emails w this low wifi! You'd expect more from a 5 star hotel!
The four faces Buddha is opposit Macau jockey club , today is his birthday about 2500 years old small god , I found a gold shop opposite sell fortune pure gold product , that may bring you good luck and fortune which include bi xie animal gold bracelet , gold paper to eat and gold casino chips to luck , well you can say That is for business selling points , but the truth is really often bring me good luck of fortune that since 39 years old after I retired from my Beaty product business I still can enjoy travel around world in good life standard and continue to keep growth with my long term investment in government bonds , so it is really personal believing , any really good good and half price of living compare with Hong Kong and Singapore live standard .
One of the best hotel that was recommended to us. We definitely recommend it to others and friends .we would love to stay again when we come back. Staffs are very accommodating and hospitable with always a smile. Definitely not a crowded place. Clean and quiet hotel, best place to relax with a view.
From the time we arrived at the ferry terminal, we already experienced the wonderful service of Four Seasons. We had a very smooth transfer from the ferry terminal to the hotel. Upon check-in, everything was already taken care of: extra bed and toiletries for my 11-year-old daughter, to our breakfast, to our shuttle back to the ferry terminal. We took advantage of the early booking promo and got upgraded to a deluxe room with a magnificent view! Everything is just so nice and comfy. Breakfast was also good! One of our best experiences ever!
I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and I feel being at home, with friendly staffs and good service. In-room breakfast is good and its breakfast buffet can satisfy any taste. Without any doubt, this is the best location in the city and you can walk easily to Parisian or Venetian hotels and shopping malls. And a lot of casinos are around you, however, the hotel itself is really calm and you can completely relax in the hotel. Pools are really good and they care about you. My check-in and check-out were really smooth and easy. The reception staff was quite friendly( If I remember Sandra, always smiles and helpful). For the Halloween, they had a silent party which I enjoyed. If I plan for another trip to Macau, I'm going to stay at FS again.
I am an experienced traveller and I am lucky to have the experience of staying at many exceptional hotels around the world. But this is by far THE best hotel experience I have ever had. Service is top-notch and you are made to feel welcomed from the very moment you step into the hotel. Unlike most other hotels in Macau, Four Seasons is the only five-star hotel in Macau which does not have a hint of cigarette smell, and I would highly recommend those who intend to bring their family along. Despite being in Cotai, it is also located far away from any gambling activities, which is perfect for those of us who wish to spend a nice and peaceful weekend. I would also like to reserve a special thanks for Kate and Ana from the Guest Relations Department, who have been extremely thoughtful and patient from the very moment we made the reservation. We have originally planned on staying at the hotel in end August as a family trip but our plan was completely disrupted by the typhoon. Kate was very helpful in guiding us through the (painstaking) rescheduling process (If there is one thing I have learnt, it is to AVOID booling hotels through Expedia at all costs!!!) while Ana was extremely kind in assisting us in the checking-in. You have done the hotel proud.
This hotel has nailed excellent service. My colleague and I spent a week here for a conference and every possible need was anticipated and fulfilled. The little touches are what make it great. Breakfast buffet changes slightly every day. Different snacks provided each day. And the quality for the price is phenomenal. Highly recommended!!!
There is no question about the quality of service here. From the word Go..we were greeted warmly, we were kindly upgraded to the room with the faux Eiffel Tower view - quite charming view All the staff knows their stuff, and feedback or shortcomings were quickly addressed and fuss free. To elaborate. We had an incident where the housekeeping left some used cleaning towel in my bathroom. We informed the duty manager. As service recovery - she found out we were going to Wynn's the next day, and thereafter to we need to rush back to Cotai for our ferry to HongKong. So she very kindly arranged for complimentary transfer from our hotel to Wynn - although the distance was not far, getting a taxi in Macao on a weekend was both challenging and unpredictable. We were supposed to be picked up at Wynn's, sent back to Four Season's to pick up our luggage before onwards transfer to the ferry terminal at Cotai. However the staff using their own initiative and realising the timing was quite tight (unknown to us there was an accident causing a traffic jam) - took it upon themselves to load our luggage into the car - rushed to Wynn's and from there transferred us directly to the terminal at Cotai. And at the ferry terminal, he also insisted on helping us check-in our bags ( we had many from shopping - and we could not have carried them on board to the ferry on our own), collected our tickets and see to it all went well before he left us. That was service and initiative that was way over and above what we expected even from an esteemed brand as the Four Season. However we cannot help but felt the rooms and amenities (include the aircon and TV) needed some refurbishment. We were quite surprised to hear that it was newly renovated. The place just felt a bit tired. As for location - it is adjunct to the Venetian. So it is very convenient to explore the Cotai surrounds. There are plenty to see, do and shop around here. But less convenient if you are aiming to spend most of your time downtown at the old Macao. Overall - you cannot go wrong with the service level here. But as a direct comparison with Four Seasons HK just across the sea ( where we stayed too) - the latter's facilities and infrastructure felt fresher even though it has been around for years.
