Mauvaise expérience

J'avais choisi cet appartement via Abritel mais en fait on se retrouve avec une autre plateforme. La location était d'une durée de 10 jours. Malheureusement au bout de 5 jours nous avons du partir en urgence pour raison familiale. Je pensais pouvoir me faire rembourser au moins 3 nuits. Cela n'a pas été possible. Je suis pourtant une habituée d'abritel, je crois que ce sera la dernière fois. Il y a des situations que l'on ne choisit pas, je trouve regrettable de ne pouvoir obtenir un remboursement.

Auch die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war super, man bekam schnell eine Antwort und alle waren sehr zuvorkommend:) Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

RUBY Logement qui n'a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes suite à la propreté du logement (poussières, cheveux dans la douche), le dysfonctionnement de la cafetière, l'eau chaude qui était tiède et non chaude, la nuisance de personnes peu recommandables en bas de l'immeuble quasi permanente bien que logement plutôt bien situé. Nous sommes peut être tombé sur un concours de circonstances mais du coup séjour moins agréable.

RUBY This accomodation is in a great location close to the train station with a tram stop at the ...

RUBY This accomodation is in a great location close to the train station with a tram stop at the front door, with supermarkets near by and other shops for items needed for a short stay. The property is well presented. The only consideration that should be taken into account is the accomodation is on a busy street with the trams and cars passing the property all day and night (positive for transport negative for noise). This would be less of an issue in winter as it has good double glazing but in the warmer weather (24 -28 Celsius while we were there) you needed the windows open for fresh air (no air conditioning) and the noise was quite intrusive in the apartment.

There was an iron, washing machine, dryin 🙂 The property was very clean and had everything we needed! 🙁 The only thing I would say is we was advertised as Ruby et Mezzo instead of Ruby or Mezzo as they are two different separate apartments and there was a bit of confusion with that."

Un rafraichisseur d'air est mis à disposition, utile dès que les températures montent car il peut vite faire chaud dans l'appartement.

RUBY L’appartement est idéalement desservi par les transports mais la rue est bruyante, y compris la nuit (conversations agitées dans la rue, pétarades à toute heure et nettoyage par les engins de la ville à 3h du matin !!), double-vitrage et boules Quiès ne suffisent pas) et le quartier est très moyen. D’autre part, le wifi est très lent, la télé ne marchait pas (« pas de connexion »). Pour le reste, l’appartement est très bien : fonctionnel, propre, bonne literie, rénovation récente, sécurisé, bonne communication avec la conciergerie et accueil en personne. Mais nous ne reviendrons pas à cause des nuits peu reposantes…
