It is composed as follows: - A living room with a sofa with a chaise longue, a coffee table, a television, and a single armchair - A modern, fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all the kitchen utensils you need to prepare your meals. A high table with two bar stools for dining - An office area for working from home if needed. Overlooking Rue Casimir Perrier, the room can be closed off with shutters and a curtain - A bathroom with a sink, large mirror, walk-in shower, washing machine, shelves, and towel dryer - The bedroom, with an open dressing room for storing your clothes, numerous drawers, and a wardrobe.
