Nice interior design, facility quality, and welcome. Unfortunately, it took 2+ hours, 3 phone calls, and 1 in-person visit to the reception to get 2 blankets. The bed was big enough to hold my wife and kids but I slept on the floor, which is fine. However, 2+ hours and 4 attempts to get 2 blankets to cushion the floor for my back is just unacceptable.

The staff were genuinely helpful, professional, and always attentive without being intrusive — exactly what you want from a five-star hotel. The facilities were spotless at all times, from the common areas to the pool and restaurants. Housekeeping deserves special praise: the room was impeccably clean, well maintained, and noticeably spacious, which made the stay very comfortable. Everything felt well run, calm, and polished. Great location, great service, and high standards across the board. Would absolutely stay again and confidently recommend it to anyone visiting Luxor.

The room is spacious and the deco in the room makes a statement of quality. All staffs were ever so friendly. The swimming pool is so beautiful and water temperature was maintained perfectly at 28 degrees. The view from the bank of the pool over river Nile was stunning. The breakfast was full of choices of quality food. Restaurants serve tasty foods. The only point which could be better is that the sauna and steam room is not free for guests, these however may have been reflected in the good price. Overall, 5 stars!

I had an amazing stay at Steigenberger Nile Palace Hotel! The rooms were spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with breathtaking views of the Nile. The staff especially Mahmoud and Ahmed went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, and the breakfast options were abundant fresh and delicious. The hotel’s facilities, including the pool was top-notch. Truly a perfect choice for anyone visiting Luxor!

The staff were super friendly immediately upon arrival, very accommodating, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and right on the Nile! Thoroughly enjoyed eating breakfast sitting by the Nile watching all the boats and Nile cruises go by. On days of early excursions, the hotel also arranges a breakfast bag for you including pastries, bread, fruit, yoghurt, cheese and juice! The laundry service is super efficient, 2 full bags of laundry both returned within a few hours and only cost £30! Highly recommend this to anyone coming to stay in Luxor and would definitely love to return one day.

This was such a lovely hotel. Our room was spacious and nice, the hotel itself was a very clean with a lovely pool area and bar service. The Italian restaurant was fantastic! They had entertainment in the form of a violinist in the courtyard and she was fantastic, great way to pass and evening. It's a very charming property and I would love to stay again. Location was also great, very central and easy to get around Luxor. Staff were incredibly attentive and nothing was too much trouble. 10/10 recommend
