Stayed with 2 friends and we all fit well into the room comfortably. Just staying two nights to enjoy the Christmas markets which were not far in walking. Hotel is very close to restaurants and nightlife as well.

I showed up on their doorstep in the rain after walking in the wrong direction to my hostel and gave up. Luckily they had a room available. The staff spoke English. The room was large by European standards but very outdated. The bathroom was large and clean as well. You have to pay if you want to use the tv (which I didn't want to watch anyways so no big deal). The location is good. It's directly between the downtown area and the train station. The breakfast was AMAZING and the highlight of the stay. Their restaurant is closed down now. I thought it was a bit overpriced for how outdated the room was.

The hotel was a huge disappointment, overpriced for what it actually was, even for Luxembourg. The car park is underground and is about a 5 minute drive away from the hotel, it's a public car park, which also has a public men's toilets with no doors so you literally see men using the urinals! A very strong smell of urine and lots of flies! Not ideal for any woman to walk through as it feels very isolated and secluded. It ruined our impressions of Luxembourg, coming from Chelsea in London, knowing that Luxembourg is the 3rd richest country, our expectations were substantially higher. To make it worse the hotel is attached to a dingy tacky strip club, another strip club as few metres away, definitely not ideal for a family holiday. Better suited for a student boys night out or stag do. The hotel is very basic, out dated decor, no restaurant even though it's advertised as having one. Breakfast was ok, the male concierge was unhelpful and pointless in approaching but the female concierge was very helpful. At best this hotel is a 2 star, the professional photos are misleading, by far the worst hotel we've ever stayed in. Perhaps our impression of Luxembourg would of been better if we had stayed somewhere else. Would never even consider this hotel as a viable option even as a last resort.

Average hotel close to the city centre for good price. Room was comfortable and clean in need of some repairs (bathroom door frame needed fixing for example). Breakfast was free but disappointing in terms of selection but of fair quality. Somewhat small room but reasonable for price. Air conditioned rooms with decent wi-fi. Would stay again.

The hotel is centrally located between the train station and the historic center of the city, so it is easy walk to either one. In addition, the bus from the airport drops off just a couple minutes away and picks up right across the street. The room itself was very basic with an air conditioner that did not quite work as well as it should have. The room was rather humid most of the time. While the room was not particularly good, the breakfast was good with many choices.

Brought my mum here for a mother's day present. They put us in a double rather than a twin as requested at first, but when I inquired about the mix up they were more than happy to help and moved us into a twin almost immediately. The staff really did bend over backwards to help us throughout our stay, offering us recommendations and advice and always smiling. My mum had an amazing time, and we'll definitely be back again.

This is an average hotel. The location is 5 star. The breakfast is 4 but the hotel itself and the rooms are 3 stars. I prefer more luxury room but for that price you can't go wrong. Also the train station is less than 10 min.

Basic, functional place, however without extra frills, comforts and amenities. Extremely small lift that two people will barely fit, and that is without any luggage. Clean although small room. Breakfast downstairs was surprisingly good with wide selection. Given it's location and price, it might be a good mid range choice for short stay.

The hotel is situated in a great location. About 15mins from the airport in a taxi or you can get the number 16 bus which drops you right outside the hotel. It is also only a 10 minute walk from the town centre. The rooms are a little dated in decor but are still pleasant enough. There are no English channels on the tv but that shouldn't be a massive problem. The breakfast provided is great with a variety of breads, hams and cheeses. All the staff I experienced were all very friendly and helpful.

We booked this hotel and it was good and clean. The room had a bit of a smelly odour but we added water to the pit of the bathroom and it kinda helped :). We had not a big big room but it was really good enough, we dind't want a room in the street of the busses so we got room# 101 (a view on the emergengy stairs but for us that was great). Breakfast was really great, alot the choose from. We bought tickets for the hop on and hop off bus but make sure to show them at startpoint #1 (or what the flyer tells you) (ticketbus), the lady in hotel forgot to tell us. But if you can't walk it all this bus is great. Close to the hotel there are plenty if terraces.
