A spectacular olive grove location with true Mediterranean experience

Villa Olive Tree is in the quiet village of Mrkovi, minutes away from Rosé or Mirista Beach.

Both the balcony and the pool terrace area give great views of the surrounding olive grove and beyond. The terrace is ideal for lounging and entertaining.

The villa contains a lounge, a dining area and a kitchen complete with an oven and a microwave. There are 3 good sized bedrooms on the 1st floor containing a 1 king size bed, 1x double bed and 2x single beds. All 3 bedrooms have their own air-conditioning units and main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The sofas in the lounge are sofa beds. Bed linens and towels are supplied. There are laundry facilities on the property.

There is a paved parking area for off street parking.

Tivat Airport is 20 Km away approx 30 mins. Kotor also 20 Km, Beach bars and restaurants are from 6 minutes to 15 minutes away by car.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Disappointing stay Villa Olive Tree

The villa is located in a quiet community, a 10 min drive from a charming harbour and convenient to Tivat airport. It is rural yet not too isolated. However, the overall impression of the property is a general air of  poor attention to detail and poor basic cleanliness. For example, there is considerable dust and debris under beds and in corners, toilets are dirty and stained, many lightbulbs are missing, kitchen bin and drawers are dirty etc. Some furnishings are in poor condition (stained sofa, broken base of wardrobes). One of the upstairs bathrooms was unusable due to bad drain smells. We had no water supply for one evening plus one afternoon through to the following morning and had to use water from the swimming pool to wash. This was apparently due to a broken gasket on the water pump through which large volumes of water were leaking - a problem that existed before we arrived. This also led to a continuous very noisy pump throughout the day and night. We had high hopes for this property and location but were very disappointed.

Beautiful villa away from the crowds

Had a fantastic time here. Jovan was friendly and helpful - good recommendations of where to go and for restaurants, and even arranged taxi to dubrovnik airport for the last day. A few minor issues with the house did nothing to diminish the pleasure of our holiday. We feel lucky to have found this secluded spot away from the crowds of Budva etc. Would definitely come again. Thanks so much.
