They had no record of our booking and advised they do not do any bookings online with Hotels.com. Hotels.com is not answering my emails and it is impossible to get any assistance from them. I will never use Hotels.com again.

Terrible - don’t book!!!

The place was awful. The shower only dripped water. Weak WiFi. An air conditioner that could only be turned on manually, remote to stop the air from blowing on you didn’t work. The electronic key didn’t work and breakfast was lame. The worst part was the main guy said he would refund my money for two nights (I left after one night and planned for 3) and he never did. He lied to me.
