Check-in was a mess... there was no one to really show us where the place was. Signage was terrible. Employee communication was poor.
The place was pretty on the surface but the room had ants everywhere including the couches... we were given a can of bus spray with a small amount of product in it. The rug was dirty, inside cabinets were dirty. There was one mug for four people. The bathroom was clean and had excellent water pressure but there was only one small towel and one medium towel for four people; we never got the additional towels we asked for.
We didn’t eat dinner there because the music was absurdly loud and food was an overpriced buffet. The restaurant sent us to the front desk to order room service; front desk said they don’t have room service.
As we were leaving we were trapped into the parking area and had to search for the guard to let us out.
The price v quality just wasn’t there because of the customer service. Generally speaking the place was pretty but most amenities were useless. We won’t be going back.
