Ideal for 2 to 4 or even 5 people, this large apartment of 62 sqm, fully equipped, is located on the 1st floor of an independent house, with private access by the external staircase. The balcony and garden have sea views. The kitchen has views of the small port of Santa Severa. The apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed each, a living/dining room, a kitchen, an independent bathroom with toilet in one bedroom and a bathroom integrated into the second bedroom. A second toilet is in the entrance. Parking is close, private and free.
By a private path through the maquis, the beach and the small port of Santa Severa are within walking distance in 7 minutes. There are restaurants, cafes and bakery. The pharmacy and supermarket are located in the village of Luri, 5 minutes by car. Many shops are nearby. The wild sandy beach of Misincu is a 1-minute drive away.
We offer you peace and quiet, with all the comforts (air conditioning, Internet via Wifi, a large selection of TV channels, linens and beach are provided). No need to bring extra linen.

Florence und Alain sind sehr charmante Gastgeber und haben uns gleich am ersten Abend zu einem Aperitif eingeladen, wo es viele Tipps fĂŒr AusflĂŒge und Restaurants gab. Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet. Vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Blick auf's Meer.

Eine tolle Wohnung mit wunderbarem Ausblick
Die schöne Wohnung hat alles, was es fĂŒr einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Und falls nicht, helfen die netten Gastgeber Alain und Florence sofort aufmerksam und unkompliziert weiter. Von ihnen haben wir auch viele wertvolle Tipps fĂŒr AusflĂŒge, AktivitĂ€ten und Restaurants bekommen. Danke fĂŒr den netten Willkommens-Abend mit der Möglichkeit, korsische SpezialitĂ€ten zu probieren.
Das Tollste an der Wohnung war der schöne Ausblick auf das Meer und den kleinen Hafen.
Die Lage im Cap Corse ist sehr geeignet fĂŒr Menschen, die auch in der Hauptsaison dem Trubel ein wenig entfliehen wollen. In der NĂ€he gibt es traumhafte StrĂ€nde (auch zum Schnorcheln!), schöne Bergdörfer und Wanderwege, auf denen es viel zu entdecken gibt.
Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt auf Korsika
Erholsame Tage, insbesondere auf dem Balkon mit Meerblick und Sonnenaufgang auf einem groĂen, ruhigen GrundstĂŒck. Die Wohnung ist einladend und gut ausgestattet. Freundliche Vermieter, die uns mit reichhaltigen Informationen versorgt haben. Nicht nur bei einem schönen Aperitiv am ersten Abend, sondern auch spĂ€ter wĂ€hrend des Aufenthaltes. Wunderschöne Abende in den verschiedenen Restaurants im kleinen Ort. Guter Standort fĂŒr AusflĂŒge zum Wandern und zu verschiedenen BadestrĂ€nden.

wunderbare Wohnung ĂŒber dem Meer
Wir haben zu viert diesen herrlichen, ruhigen Ort sehr genossen! Florence und Alain haben uns sehr charmant empfangen und viele Ausflugstipps gegeben, um das schöne, natĂŒrliche Cap Corse kennen zu lernen. FĂŒr Fragen waren sie immer offen und hilfsbereit. Von Santa Severa aus kann man viel unternehmen oder man genieĂt die beiden schönen StrĂ€nde vor Ort und vom Balkon aus den herrlichen Ausblick auf das Meer und das toskanische Archipel.
