This property is right on the beach and next to a beachside restaurant and just a short walk to a cute village. The staff is very friendly, the living areas are comfortable, the the views are fantastic.

Great mountain and sea views .

Clean modern apartment.Great views.Everything you need nearby.Only negative is that to get to the property there is very limited public transport,so you need to look in to this before you book.

Great location, great views, but no WiFi.

The big thing this place has going for it is the proximity to the beach. The accommodation is very basic, but there is plenty of space. My only compliant would be that the WiFi did not work in our unit. However a couple of days away from our screens probably did us some good.

No shampoo, no soap/bodywash,only a small amount of toilet paper, no dish washing liquid or dishwasher tablets. Made it difficult to cook. As a traveller, I don't need to go and buy all of those staples. Not impressed. But it was clean and comfortable.

Great peaceful location on the beach

Great location on Macinaggio beach, just a short stroll into town where there are plenty of restaurants and bars. There is a spar minimarket a five minute walk away, which is scruffy but adequate for self catering. We enjoyed the apartment, with its roomy terrace and comfy bed. The kitchen had good appliances (dishwasher, large fridge freezer) but was very lacking in other equipment. No sharp knife or grater, for example. We asked for these... but didn’t get them. Our water heater was in the cupboard in our bedroom and at times it woke me up in the early hours when it kicked into action. But I am a light sleeper. Macinaggio beach is a bit seaweedy but the sea is lovely, especially at the far end of the beach from the Adonis. There is a great walk over the headland which leads to beautiful Tamarone beach, and from there you can continue to stunning coves such as Cala Genovese, which we loved (see photo). The hills behind Macinaggio are scattered with beautiful villages, well worth a visit for the views. We loved the area for its ‘end of the road’ feeling and its access to unspoilt, undeveloped coastline. The apartment was fine, and the location was great, though it’s a shame they don’t make a bit more effort with the external landscaping around the outside of the property.

Close to beach,clean place

Good apartment close to beach and restaurant. We were upgraded to a 2 bedrooms as there was 4 of us. You need a car to explore the place. Overall good place.

Nice apartment close to excellent hiking area

We stayed at Adonis Macinaggio for three nice and had very nice apartment facing the sea. Basically everything was excellent - thought the kitchen section was not near fully equipped. The tiny city of Macinaggio was VERY nice and quite (we visited mid May). The hiking track up the coast of Cape Corse started right outside the hotel - less that a 1 hour hike to a very nice beach with a small restaurant with excellent food. An excellent area for hiking - strongly recommended.

Séjour convenable, L'établissement est dans l'ensemble propre et bien situé. Par contre, les lits n'étaient pas faits, il n'y avait pas de papier toilette, ce qui dénote totalement par rapport au prix payé. Le personnel est disponible et sympathique, mention spéciale à la personne de la maintenance, qui n'hésite pas à donner des suggestions sur le village. Il y a beaucoup d'algues, pas vraiment conforme aux photos, mais la promenade jusqu'à la tour est agréable.

L'absence de wifi n'était pas prévue quand nous avions réservé. C'était un vrai problÚme, car nous avions précisé vouloir une connexion internet. Pour le reste, tout était bien: appartement confortable, donnant directement sur la plage, trÚs proche du port et des commerces. Personnel trÚs sympathique et à l'écoute.

Malgré toute la bonne volonté et la gentillesse de la personne de l'accueil, on sent qu'il y a un manque évident de personnel pour entretenir les extérieurs et les couloirs de la résidence. Au niveau du logement, la TV ne fonctionne pas alors qu'elle a été annoncée dans la communication. Le réseau WIFI est trÚs faible et ne permet pas des connexions rapides. Un manque de signalétique à l'arrivée dans les rues adjacentes.
