The apartment was close to the water, cafes, and restaurants. The layout was very nice. We used the pull out couch, and it was comfortable. The washer and dryer were also easy to use. Appliances were modern, as well as the bathroom. The bottle of rosé was an appreciated touch!

This was a super cute place right in the heart of Lugano. Shopping minutes away. Main bus station less than a 5 minute walk. Building was easy to get in and out of. Arrival directions were clear and easy to follow. Look forward to returning in the future!

Fabulous location!

The location was fantastic and very close to Lake Lugano in the city center. The apartment was small, but functional. It was updated but basic with no AC. There is a company who takes care of the property, Happy Rentals. David from HR was helpful in some logistics we were dealing with. If you are a coffee drinker contact HR to find out what coffee the coffee maker uses because it wasn’t in any local markets that we visited.

Die Lage ist super, nahe am See und der Fußgängerzone. Einen Seeblick hat man nur durch eine schmale Gasse vom Schlafzimmerfenster aus. Es handelt sich um ein eigentlich sehr schönes, gut und komplett eingerichtetes Apartment. Leider wurde es von vorherigen Gästen nicht gut behandelt und vom Vermieter bzw. der Agentur auch nicht repariert. So ist z.B. ein Fach im Kühlschrank ausgebrochen, ein Schrankgriff abgebrochen, Töpfe sind stark verschmutzt, beim Geschirrspüler fehlen Salz und Klarspüler, die Stühle sind abgewetzt, das Bett hat in der Mitte eine Kuhle, das Sofa ist durchgesessen usw. Auch die Anreisebeschreibung ist sehr missverständlich. Man kommt nur nach langem Suchen in das Apartment und den Stellplatz für das Auto findet man nur durch Zufall. Also eigentlich sehr schön und gut, aber leider nicht gepflegt.
