Beautiful area, great accommodations. A bit confusing with finding the exact location and self check-in since it is right above a restaurant. Surprisingly quiet overall for the location. Parking is a bit of a challenge but there are options within an easy walk. Would definitely stay there again!

This is a self contained unit. The facilities are adequate although I think it about time to invest in new towels. Perhaps essentials (toiler paper, detergent etc could have been more generous). The location, in the old town, is excellent. It has a view over the river to the Iconic Holstentor. It is within a short walk of restaurants, shops and toyrist interests. While I found the stairs a problem, younger tourists would find no problem. I found the checkin as described and the host was friendly. I would recommend this place.

We stayed in the Antonie apartment. The view over the Trave river is stunning. It got a bit hot during the heatwave, but there was a powerful fan to make things better. The two flights of stairs make one wish for an elevator, but the apartment is a nice size, and the kitchen is well stocked with utensils so cooking is easy. The wifi really zips along, and the washing machine works well. The shower needed a better door seal because it tended to leak. But even with that, i would definitely consider staying there again. It is a perfect location to a very walkable island with easy access to public transport to reach the other locations in the area. I definitely recommend this location.

Holstentor View

I would give 10 Stars if I could. I stayed for two weeks and felt right at home. A beautiful view of the Trave and the Holstentor, and a quick walk brings you right in the heart of LĂŒbeck! I am returning to LĂŒbeck in the Fall and I have already made reservations to stay here again!

Best location in town! We were met at the property despite our later-than-planned arrival and we found a very clean and comfortable apartment all ready and waiting for us. We are a family of four, including two adult children, and we the apartment suited us well. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Lovely apartment.

We had a lovely time in Lubeck. Constantin met us at the apartment to give us the keys, and was very helpful about giving us information about local restaurants, parking etc. Apartment was spacious, very well appointed and nicely decorated. Kitchen facilities were great, and lots of storage space. However, the apartment we were in was on the 4th floor - no elevator, so someone with mobility problems would have found it difficult. Apartment is easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping, cathedrals, etc. The canal boat tour is right across the street.

Nice Apartment in ideal situation

Spacious, well-equipped apartment in the old city of Lubeck. It has big windows overlooking the river. it is in easy walking distance of all the sights of the city, the bus stop to Travemunde is outside the building and it is walking distance from the train station.

Misleading listing.

The listing for this property was misleading and we would not have booked it had it been accurately described. We wanted to stay in one of the old houses in Engelsgrube at one end of Lubeck island, which is where this property is shown on the map. That address turned out to be the office of a property management company and the actual apartment was in another part of town. The apartment lacked the ambience we had expected, was in a more modern building, with a bar/restaurant downstairs! The front reception desk staffed during the day referred to in the listing did not exist: there was no-one on site at all. When we wanted to check out we couldn't contact the property management office. No-one answered the office or mobile number. We went several times to the office at the other side of town but it was never open. When leaving we wasted the morning trying to contact someone and luckily in the end a cleaner appeared and we were able to give her the keys. All very unsatisfactory and misleading. Apartment was OK, nothing special, and nowhere near where it was supposed to be.

LĂ€genheten Bethsy ligger pĂ„ 3e vĂ„ningen över en restaurang bestĂ„ende av 2 vĂ„ningar. Hög musik lĂ„ngt ut pĂ„ natten (slutade ca kl 02.00). Omöjligt att sova. Dessutom slĂ€ngde de vid flera tillfĂ€llen glasavfall mitt i natten. Trappan upp till lĂ€genheten Ă€r brant och vriden. Endast rĂ€cke pĂ„ 'fel sida", dvs pĂ„ den smala sidan.
