Von Außen: super schönes schnuckliges typisches Ganghaus. Tolle zentrale Lage. Ruhig gelegen. Von Innen: Nette Aufteilung der Räumlichkeiten, Gute bis sehr gute Grundausstattung der Küche, generell gute Grundausstattung der anderen Zimmer und der Bäder. Funktional. Generell Spürbares spannendes Ganghaus-Feeling. Kritik: Das Gesamtambiente und Atmosphäre könnte deutlich einladender, wärmer und schöner sein, es fehlt an einem in sich passendem Möblierungs- und Gestaltungskonzept. Manche Details wie Leitungsverläufe, Thermostate usw. könnten besser kaschiert werden. Die Schiebetüren der Dusche sind entlang Fußleiste lose. Das könnte bald gefährlich werden. Der Boiler im Bad hatte teilweise nur sehr kurze Heizinzervalle und es war immer Mal schlagartig sehr heiß und sehr kalt, nicht angenehm. Sauberkeit: Die Bäder waren geputzt und sauber, die Betten gemacht, die Böden, vor allem im Schlafzimmer, waren staubig, teilweise sehr stark verflust in den Randbereichen, unsere kleine krabbelnde Tochter hatte leider immer sehr staubige Hände und Kleidung nach ihren spielerischen Aktivitäten. Spinnenweben inkl. Spinnen hätte man auch gerne entfernen können. In der Küche war nicht alles an Utensilien und Geräten usw. sauber wie z.B.: Besteckteile, Tassen und Kaffeekanne. Das fanden wir sehr schade.
