Rodeway Inn

We had a short overnight. It was easy to get our stuff into our room to reorganize before leaving the next morning. Room was clean and comfy and quiet. Enjoyed the green space across the parking lot too.

Issues: towel from previous guest left hanging on back of door. Unable to connect to Internet due to issue with hotel router 4 days, no staff resolution. No TV, except for weather channel. Bed was not made up at all during 4 day stay. Towels replaced once. "Breakfast" until 10, unless they decide to pick it up at 930ish (every day). Cobwebs on ceiling. If it were not the only place in town that took pets, we would have left within 5 min of check in. DO NOT STAY HERE!

it was a good location,i had the dormer, it was hot, the A/C WAS NOT ON,it was hard to find the room it was a maze

We have stayed in this hotel before and were very happy with it. However, this time the room did not seem to be as clean and the linens on the bed were not the best. We did not interact with the staff except when we arrived and they were very helpful.

I needed a place to stay while on my way home from up north. So I decided to stop in Ludington. I chose this hotel because it was off the main road and close to the downtown area. My room was very clean and having a jacuzzi in the room was fun and relaxing after driving most of the day. I also had a great nights sleep. My room was in the back away from the main road. The continental breakfast was sufficient for me. Coffee, oatmeal and fruit was all I needed...The staff was great also, very helpful and friendly. I would recommend staying here.

Nothing out of the ordinary but has everything one would expect for the price. Set way back from the highway so quiet.

The Inn is clean and provides basic amenities for a reasonable cost. Would recommend for short stays.

Arrived at 2:30 and had to wait for a room - ck in at 3. Send on email via their wifi and did not reach recipient Breakfast lacking - less than most hotels

Nice location...very nice location..the hotel was neat and clean

my bed had bed bugs. was itching and scratching. Hopefully they can clean them up. Staff was really nice. Room was nice minus the pests.

We stayed at Americas Best Value Inn Ludington the day before taking the SS Badger car ferry to Wisconsin. The ABV had everything we needed and was in the right spot. The evening office manager was very helpful.

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night and had great experience...Hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful...

Staff refused to allow us access to our room when we arrived at 2 pm. Carpet stained badly in front of the bathroom. The coffee maker is designed to use a larger pouch than that which was provided rendering the coffee undrinkable. Mattresses were of good quality and comfortable.

Older Facility but clean and all freshly painted. Comfortable bed and very large room. Second floor walk up was a little high.

Peaceful, quiet, got to go for a long walk because there was nothing else to do at the motel except watch television, shower , and talk to my husband while he watched television with me.

Great place to sleep, not a place to spend a lot of time.

Front desk clerk snapped at me about credit card, my mom asked how many people lived in Ludington--she said " a lot". Rude. After getting back from dinner, noticed the carpet has food crumbs all over and had not been vacuumed---gross. Too tired to take it up with crank at front desk. No tissue in bathroom. Bedding old and icky. Old blood stain on a pillow case. Checked in 9/6, out 9/7 --front desk at check out was very pleasant and helpful.

Met all of our requirements. We were fishing early the next morning and their were breakfast items available to us. Had reserved through third party. Reserved Queen Size beds received standard.

Only real complaint is that mattress was too firm.

Staff very good. Basic. had no problems. Many people who were riding the SS Badger
