Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Manistee

Our stay was last minute due to a change in plans. Hotel was clean and inviting. Staff was very accommodating with breakfast, putting it out an hour earlier than normal as there were a number of guests, including ourselves, who were running a race the next morning requiring us to up and out of our rooms before 6:30. This flexibility was much appreciated, and will probably have us returning next year when we do the race again.

Clean and quiet, offers a nice breakfast, great staff.

This hotel is very clean. We were disappointed that our room didn't have a coffee pot. Only the more expensive suite rooms have the coffee pots which is strange because even Super 8 hotels have them in all rooms.

It was a little pricey but the location was perfect because it is only 3 minutes from the Little River Casino and the beds were soooo comfortable. I wish I would have checked to see what kind of mattress and pillow top they use on the beds.

Hotel was close to our destinations. We saw some autumn color changes. We saw the tunnel of trees and Sleeping Bear Dunes.

First off you don't rent a room from a place called Microtel and expect to have a lot of space. I have stayed at these places by myself and found them adequate. Definitely not for two people.

The Microtel was a good choice for a one-night stay in Manistee. It is in a convenient location, and our room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. It was small (hence the micro in the name, I guess), but it was certainly adequate for our needs. Unfortunately, we arrived rather late in the evening, so there wasn't much open in downtown Manistee.

Little river casino and Lake Michigan salmon fishing trip. Also went kayaking on the Manistee River.

Hotel was easy to find and good location. Room was very small much like a cruise ship cabin. No coffee maker. Would have expected a lower rate based on the room size. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was typical for being included.

Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable, Friendly, helpful staff.

Great place to stay nearby to the Little River Casino. Quiet and yet close to the highway for convenience. Breakfast (Continental) included if you desire it. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. A/C worked SUPERB!

Everything was excellent and up to my standards.Every one was very nice. The rooms were really nice and big too bad alot drawers to put your clothes in and a big closet too. Room service kept the rooms up.

My room was clean and newly renovated so it was worth the price I paid. Didn't have a fridge or coffee maker though (other hotels do for the same price or less). Also wish they had a waffle maker for breakfast. I arrived late at night and I waited 20 minutes in the lobby before someone came to check me in. There weren't any bells or buttons that I could use to alert someone.

Nice hotel, the rooms were well lit. Limited breakfast in the morning but for the price it was adequate. The hotel is clean, beds are comfortable. Love the window seat in each room.

nice and quiet, very accomidating, would recommend to anyone!

My stay was decent and the rooms were clean. However, you can hear literally everything and everyone on the same floor as you. The walls are very thin and even a few doors down could be heard clearly.

The ONLY small thing preventing this from being a perfect hotel for the price is the very, very slow WiFi for customers. A WiFi repeater was in our room, signal strength was excellent, but barely managed the slowest of DSL speeds. Now, for the room. Small, but clean, modern, very...very nice. I honestly could not believe how nice it was for the price I paid via Online ($60 per night plus taxes/fees). It was a bargain. Looking for a home starting point for the famous M22 trip? This is it. You're less than 5 miles from the start of the M22 and less than 5 miles from the Casino... For a hotel this price, don't expect a workout room, a pool, Jacuzzi, or any of that kind of fluff. Just a clean room, warm bed and warm shower. It was absolutely excellent.

Room was small but clean. Staff was great. Continental breakfast was good. I could hear people slamming doors and using shower through the wall.

Perfect for us.to gather together with our good friends
