Room was run down and had broken trim around the door. Bathroom was disgusting. Dirty towels were hanging on the bathroom door. The wall next to the toilet appeared to have poop splattered on it. The hallways smelled strongly of curry.
It was comfortable and very nice!

Lots of green space on property-I had my dog! Rooms needed updating.
Ok stay - room was clean - check in and out was fine - did not get a thanks for staying with us checking in or out. Outdoor hallway very dirty upstairs. Listing said they had breakfast on the listing but they claim due to covid they can’t. That’s funny the best western right next store has been serving “to go “ breakfast items since the beginning- guess they care more for their guests? We come to Ludington 2-3 times a year and wanted to try something different- we won’t be back,
We had to grab our own towels if needed, stairs needed to be vacuumed, inconvenient layout

Knowing they gave me the room whose AC wasn’t working and when I reported it they gave me another room. I had to move all of my baggage with kids into that again; big hassle. The admin guy tried to enter my room without permission using his key. Totally terrible! Breakfast was pathetic too.
No coffee maker in rooms. And only have shampoo. Found a few cobwebs in room.
We had a short overnight. It was easy to get our stuff into our room to reorganize before leaving the next morning. Room was clean and comfy and quiet. Enjoyed the green space across the parking lot too.
Issues: towel from previous guest left hanging on back of door. Unable to connect to Internet due to issue with hotel router 4 days, no staff resolution. No TV, except for weather channel. Bed was not made up at all during 4 day stay. Towels replaced once. "Breakfast" until 10, unless they decide to pick it up at 930ish (every day). Cobwebs on ceiling. If it were not the only place in town that took pets, we would have left within 5 min of check in. DO NOT STAY HERE!
it was a good location,i had the dormer, it was hot, the A/C WAS NOT ON,it was hard to find the room it was a maze
We have stayed in this hotel before and were very happy with it. However, this time the room did not seem to be as clean and the linens on the bed were not the best. We did not interact with the staff except when we arrived and they were very helpful.
I needed a place to stay while on my way home from up north. So I decided to stop in Ludington. I chose this hotel because it was off the main road and close to the downtown area. My room was very clean and having a jacuzzi in the room was fun and relaxing after driving most of the day. I also had a great nights sleep. My room was in the back away from the main road. The continental breakfast was sufficient for me. Coffee, oatmeal and fruit was all I needed...The staff was great also, very helpful and friendly. I would recommend staying here.
Nothing out of the ordinary but has everything one would expect for the price. Set way back from the highway so quiet.
The Inn is clean and provides basic amenities for a reasonable cost. Would recommend for short stays.
Arrived at 2:30 and had to wait for a room - ck in at 3. Send on email via their wifi and did not reach recipient Breakfast lacking - less than most hotels
