We stayed in this apartment for a week, well located just within the walls of Lucca and easy reach to the train station, restaurants etc.
The apartment was very clean and comfortable, bonus of elevator and outside terrace
Easy booking process and concierge helpful when we had an issue with the air conditioning.
Would return again if visiting Lucca.
More hangers in the wardrobe please.
Perhaps some hooks in the bathroom for towels, bathrobes.

Brand new, bright, spacious, quiet apartment
Brand new, bright, spacious, quiet, secure and steps to San Jacopo gate and the “wall”. 5 minute walk to restaurants, bars, groceries and shopping. Private and sunny terrace in the morning with some shade in the afternoon. It is self catering so don’t expect coffeecondiments. Would book this apartment again. Loved the location, the light, the terrace and the modern conveniences within this beautiful walled city.
