El apartamento está reformado de un antiguo ático situado en un edificio de estilo Art Nouveau. Los propietarios lo han transformado en un ático elegante equipado con todas las comodidades.La decoración se caracteriza por el equilibrio entre moderno y antiguo que lo hace acogedor y te permite disfrutar de una estancia agradable para todas sus necesidades.
El apartamento tiene vistas a las famosas murallas medievales que rodean el casco antiguo, estas estan a poca distancia y som transitables a pie o en bicicleta.
Consta de dos habitaciones, dos baños, una amplia sala de estar con cocina contigua y un altillo con un sofá cama. está equipado con acceso gratuito a internet wifi, TV vía satélite, DVD y arie acondicionado.
La cocina está totalmente equipada y servicio de lencería está incluida. Desde el apartamento se puede llegar al centro de la ciudad en sólo cinco minutos a pie.Está a una corta distancia de la estación de tren y autobús. El apartamento es fácilmente accesible desde la autopista y hay un aparcamiento público cercano.
Los propietarios están encantados de darle la bienvenida con una botella de vino de su propia producción y toda las informaciónes turística que será de interés para vosotros.

Lucca se encuentra en una posición estratégica para visitar la Toscana, tanto en coche como con el transporte público.

Lo que caracteriza además de sus muchas iglesias (San Miguel, San Martín, San Frediano ..) plazas (Piazza Napoleone, plaza anfiteatro, Piazza San Frediano ..) y sus monumentos,son los alrededores, rodeados de viñedos y olivares que lo hacen un paisajen atractivo.
En el mes de julio, el "Festival de Verano de Lucca", uno de los más importantes festivales internacionales de música en Italia.

Se puede fácilmente llegar a las más famosas villas de Lucca en coche y representan la perla de nuestro territorio (Torrigiani villa, Villa Grabau, Villa Mansi ...).

En la zona de Montecarlo, un típico burgo medieval, hay numerosas bodegas que ofrecen degustaciones y vender sus propios vinos. A sólo veinte minutos de distancia se encuentran las playas de la Verisilia.Además de Viareggio, famosa por su carnaval, Forte dei Marmi es una destinación obligada para los amantes de las compras y la vida nocturna.

Los que prefieren relajarse y quieren estar lejo de la ciudad, Montecatini ofrece viajes a las termas. Las ciudades de Pisa (17 km) y Florencia (75 km) son obligatorios para los que se quedan en Toscana.

Por la autopista o el tren se puede llegar fácilmente a Portofino y a las Cinco Terras, en Liguria,caracterizado por antiguos burgos cortado a pico sobre el mar y que representan uno de los lugares naturales más hermosos del mundo.

Estuvimos 6 días en el apartamento y ha sido todo según lo previsto. Tal cual en las fotos. Renata fue muy atenta. El parking esta cerca y Lucca también. Por poner un pero es que esta en un segundo sin ascensor. El apartamento es completísimo, tiene de todo.

Casa Emma and our lovely hosts in Lucca provided us with quintessential Tuscan experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our four very special days at Casa Emma- a beautifully appointed and extremely well maintained historic property directly adjacent to the old walled city of Lucca. Our kind hosts were warmly welcoming and extremely helpful without being in any way intrusive. They assisted us with suggestions for a lovely bike tour around the walked city, a glorious Puccini concert in the nearby Oratoria, a delicious locally sourced dinner at Buca di Sant'Antonio, and with arrangements for the most incredible cooking class with a marvelous local instructor, Silvia Guerrini. They ensured we had everything we needed for a truly memorable stay. We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our time in Lucca, and can't wait to return to Casa Emma!

Frühling in Lucca

Renata und ihr Mann sind großartige Gastgeber. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Führung durch die Wohnung und einen selbstgebackenen Kuchen. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung trifft zu 100% zu. Seife, Shampoo, Duschzeug, Kaffee, Gewürze, Spülmittel etc. sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, um Lucca und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Sowohl mit dem Auto, als auch mit dem Zug sind alle wichtigen Städte in der Umgebung gut zu erreichen. Zur Information und Orientierung gibt es eine liebevolle gestaltete Broschüre mit Tips zu Restaurants oder Ausflügen, Ärzten in der Umgebung etc.

Top Unterkunft in Lucca

Wir, zwei Paare, haben uns in Renatas Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Hervorzuheben sind hier die einwandfreie Sauberkeit, die Ausstattung der Wohnung, die Lage und das herzliche Willkommen der Gastgeberin. Renata hat uns mit Restaurant Tipps versorgt und uns verraten, wo man das beste Eis bekommt. Von der Wohnung aus, kann man den Bahnhof innerhalb 5 Gehminuten erreichen. Von dort aus fahren Züge nach Pisa, Florenz, Viareggio etc. Unkompliziert und kostengünstig. An der Wohnung selbst befindet sich kein Parkplatz, aber man kann zum Ausladen kurz vor dem Haus halten und dann das Auto auf den 100m entfernten Parkplatz stellen. Das Parken dort kostet 8€ am Tag. Bitte unbedingt darauf achten, nicht die Taste für die Anwohner zu drücken. Wir würden das Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen und können es ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.

Amazing host!

Location perfect, just a quick stroll down from the train station, short walk into the walled city (across the street). Walk for groceries, dinner and sightseeing. Host and her family wonderful! (Special thank you to Valentina for helping our grown kids experience fun in Lucca!💕) There are a lot of stairs to get in. If you are unable to do that, this is not the location for you. But for everyone else, stay here!!! Probably favorite vrbo ever!! Thank you Renata!! Amazing, amazing, amazing!!!

Lovely Place to be

Schön wars in Lucca

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit in Lucca verbracht und durften in dem schönen Apartment von Renata wohnen. Vom Check-In, über Renatas Erläuterungen und Empfehlungen zu Lucca, über die Ausstattung der Wohnung bis hin zum Check-Out war alles prima. Alle Räumen sind mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Vom Apartment sind es nur wenige Meter zu Fuß bis in das historische Stadtzentrum von Lucca. Das Auto parkt auf dem ca. 200m entfernten öffentlichen Parkplatz. Dort muss man für 8€ ein Tagesticket kaufen. Der Parkplatz bietet ausreichend Platz. Renata ist ein tolle Gastgeberin. Danke Renata für die schöne Zeit in Lucca.

Short break in Lucca

The apartment is brilliantly located just outside the city walls, but within a very short walk to the nearest gate into Lucca. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Communication with Renata was fantastic. She was very helpful before we arrived and met us at the apartment - so warm and friendly :) She was on hand with questions during our stay, and her daughter kindly helped us with taxis. I would highly recommend the apartment and we will come back.

Wonderful stay at Lucca!

It was our 5th stay in this beautiful apartment. The apartment is beautiful decorated and furnished. It is well equipped and very clean. You can reach the historic Lucca wall and the historic center in a short walk. The hosts are very gentle and helpful. We enjoyed our holidays very much. Thanks a lot again to Renata and family. Excellent base

Really spacious and well equipped apartment. There were only two of us but there was more than enough room for four. It was only a five minute walk to inside the city walls and having parking was great as we had driven from Umbria. Whilst staying at the apartment though, we didn't need to use the car at all which was wonderful after a lot of traveling. Renata and her son met us at the apartment and were so helpful. They also gave us lots of excellent advice and tips. Highly recommended.

La signora è cordiale , molto disponibile . La casa è molto graziosa ,spaziosa , molto pulita e arredata con gusto . Improntata più per gli stranieri che per gli italiani (macchina per il caffè americano , microonde etc ) . Purtroppo mancano i balconi, poiché è un piano mansardato e questo è un problema per chi fuma anche perché è un terzo piano senza ascensore . Che non aveva i balconi ovviamente lo avevo capito , ma non avevo letto che fosse senza ascensore .. vabbè pazienza . Vicino al centro , circa 10 minuti a piedi . Nel complesso più che buono .

Perfect location for an amazing holiday in Lucca

Our stay at Casa Emma has been by far the best apartment rental experience we’ve had. From our initial communications at the time of booking to the greeting at the front door (and all the helpful info shared about Lucca and its surroundings) to our final good-bye, Renata and family were the most excellent hosts. The apartment is very well equipped, with all of the little things thought of in advance, and is very much a home away from home. We stayed for one week but wished we could have extended our stay. Lucca and Casa Emma were so much more than we expected, and we can’t wait to return to both!

Best location for Lucca

I cannot say enough about this property. The host family are awesome and sooooo accommodating! They helped us the entire trip organizing tours, getting around town, getting lost, and an amazing property with 2 bedrooms, two full baths with modern shower etc, and loft sofa bed, fully stocked kitchen appliances, full guide for city written by host with everything you need to know and get around Lucca. The location is literally across the street from the walled city entrance. The bathrooms have hair dryers, flat iron, hair products, beard trimmer, heated towel rack, great air system, coffee pot which is rare, and we cannot say enough about our hosts. My travel partner got lost behind the wall when trying to parking the car (which is literally one block from apartment) and our host hunted for her for over an hour to get her safely back. Those round abouts are complicated ! Any way we cannot praise this enough with only draw back was it is on 3 rd floor of beautiful building with no lift (elevator) … now don’t panic like me cause their Dad or brother will carry your bags up and down for you … we were traveling for a month so we had big bags and are in our 60’s so we’re over whelmed by stairs…. Now if your are handicapped or have cardiac issues this is not the place for you …. Otherwise look forward to buns of steel after staying there for 10 days !! And great new friends with the host family!

Lovely apartment in great location

We loved staying at this very comfortable apartment in beautiful Lucca. Renata and her son met us on arrival with a lovely homemade cake. They were very welcoming and provided lots of useful information. The apartment was perfect for our family of four, it was well equipped and in a great location with easy access to a public car park (if needed) and a short walk into the old centre of Lucca. The train station was a 10 minute walk and so visiting other places such as Florence and Pisa was simple to do. We had a fabulous time and would gladly stay there again if we return to the area.

Great launch pad

Super location for access to Lucca and to branch out north or south throughout Italy. Stayed 7 weeks with multiple family groups and lodging served our purpose perfectly. Host and her family all were great, helpful and knowledgeable and made it easy to stay. Only reservation, and this was circumstantial was noise of the location due to proximity to road, work within and next door to the property and at the end preparations for upcoming comic-game huge convention. Even so I would stay there again.

Mooi appartement net buiten de muur van Lucca

Mooi appartement met hele goede bedden. Je steekt de straat over en je loopt het centrum van Lucca binnen. Voor mensen die licht slapen adviseer ik om oordoppen mee te nemen. 1slaapkamer is direct aan de doorgaande weg die om de muur van Lucca heenloopt.
