Friendly meeting at reception, comfortable room, good air con, breakfast was very good, plenty choice. The pool area is well looked after and the pool although quite small is perfect for a cooling dip. All service was excellent, breakfast staff all friendly and helpful. Short walk to the city walls and some nice restaurants within 15 minutes walk. Carbone was our favourite. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I would stay here again!

Very clean, comfortable beds, beautiful-comfortable bedroom and bathroom. The restaurant is great! white tablecloths and impeccable setting in the dining room. Breakfast had good variety of meats and cheeses, fruits, croissants and pastries. All in addition to the traditional cereal, yogurt etc. You order the type of coffee you want, and they bring it to your table. Not self-service-machines. If felt pretty good. One night we ordered an Aperol-Spritz drink. It was good, but it cost 10 euro. In good restaurants they cost an average of 6 euros. I didn't like that The hotel staff was very friendly. Fabio was helpful with directions and suggestions about the city. Pretty hotel in a nice neighborhood near the wall. Access to the "old city" was convenient.

A fabulous place to stay with a fabulous staff a beautiful view of breakfast second to none. Just an amazing experience. If you’re traveling to Sienna you need to stay here. Don’t even look anywhere else. Just stay here. It’s the nicest place around. The property is gorgeous. The rooms are amazing Fabulous place.
