Eenvoudig huisje met een mooi en prachtig gelegen zwembad.

Het huisje is heel rustig gelegen. Om er te komen moet je een lastige, steile steenslag weg op. De GPS coördinaten kloppen niet, dus het is even zoeken voor je het gevonden hebt. Het huisje is een beetje donker en de keuken is erg klein, maar alles is aanwezig, zelfs een vaatwasser! De douche is zeer eenvoudig. Het redelijk grote zwembad is erg fijn, en er zijn voldoende ligstoelen. Vanuit het zwembad heb je fantastisch uitzicht. Boodschappen kun je doen in het dorp Ponte a Moriano aan de voet van de heuvel (ongeveer 6 km verderop). Hier is ook pizzeria/ristorante da Pinzo waar je goedkoop en lekker kunt eten en drinken. Vanuit het dorp kun je langs het water naar Lucca fietsen.
