Contactless check in was easy. Lots of information on what to see, where to eat and drink etc. Great customer service and perfect location in heart of Lucca

No wardrobe,Bed was too high (30" was too high for my wife to get into the bed with the use of a pouffe),no chairs in the room,there was an excellent television but was unable to receive any TV channels. The room was on the 2nd floor (45 steps) but no mention was made of this in the room description. On arrival there was no reception (we were contacted by text with numbers to enter property )

Check-in veloce check-out super veloce. La mia camera era priva di un qualsiasi armadio, abbiamo dovuto appoggiare la valigia con i panni a terra. Lo spazio tra il letto e la parete di fondo era limitatissimo per passare bisognava fare grande attenzione

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mitten im Zentrum von Lucca! Die Zimmer sind in der zweiten Etage. Alle Zugänge werden über einen Code geöffnet, den man von der Inhaberin Martina vorab per WhatsApp zugesendet bekommt. Zusätzlich zu dem Code bekamen wir noch alle Informationen zur Unterkunft sowie einige Tipps für die Umgebung zugesendet, die sich nicht im Reiseführer finden lassen! Wir haben uns beim Essen und Trinken nur an ihren Tipps bedient und waren stets unter Locals ohne viele Touristen. Generell war Martina sehr nett und hat die Reinigungs- sowie Check In & Check Out Zeiten mit uns vorab abgestimmt, sodass es für uns keine Beeinträchtigungen gab. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und sehr modern und hochwertig eingerichtet. Bei einem erneuten Tripp nach Lucca würde ich diese Unterkunft erneut aufsuchen!!

Struttura in ottima posizione. Stanza confortevole e ricca di piccole attenzioni che fanno la differenza ( per dirne una il diffusore per il phon!). L’accesso con codice senza chi è permette il check-in e l’ingresso alla camera a qualsiasi ora ed è comodissimo.
