I've been staying at this hotel for the past few years during Labor day weekend. It's seems to be getting worse every year. Our first full day when we returned at night our room wasn't even cleaned whatsoever. I went to front desk and they weren't any help.It got to where I had to personally ask the maids to make sure the cleaned our room. I'm usually not picky about where I stay as long it's clean and can shower but this place is getting worse. Too bad there ain't any decent hotels there in Littlefield, Tx.

A couple of minor disappointments but overall a very nice place to stay. The card reader for the side door where we were directed to park did not read our room card so I asked for a room closer to the main entrance and was given one. The towels are dinky compared to other West Westerns we've been staying in on this trip and the room thermostat did not maintain a steady temp. But the place is attractive, pleasant and clean.
A comfortable hotel. Disappointed in orbitz rate of 99 when normal rate is 102, 3 bucks really?
There were a group of us out of town staying there to go to a funeral over 4th of July. The rooms were clean & big. The breakfast was good. The staff was very nice. Rates were higher then should of been-- probably because it was over the holiday.
While we did not find any sign of bed bugs in our room, we had two separate people staying in the hotel tell us that they did find them in their room. This was unsettling.
When we arrived, our toilet didn't work. The hotel staff tried to fix it, but couldn't. The person on duty told us the hotel was full, but he would discount our room from $124 to $98. That wasn't acceptable. Since there wasn't anywhere else to go, we stayed and used the communal bathroom across the hall. The next morning, the desk clerk called the owner and got our room comped. So I can't say the staff wasn't accommodating. My parents had issues with their room that weren't fixed. The hotel is nice enough, but poorly managed.
This was my second stay at this hotel. Each time, I found the front desk person to be friendly and helpful, and the room was large, quiet, and very clean. The hotel is conveniently located by the highway, with several choices available for food. My only complaint is that the breakfast was below standard from what I have experienced at other Best Western hotels and the staff person was unfriendly and not helpful. Nevertheless, I would come back to this hotel.
Experience as expected. Facilities above average. Would stay again.

Generally my experience at the hotel was great, would have liked decaf coffee served at breakfast.
