Welcome to Savana at Porto Cupecoy in chic St Maarten, my spacious and contemporary condo located on a prime site within the exclusive Porto Cupecoy marina. Savana can be rented as a 1 or 2 Bedroom Condo and can sleep up to 5 guests.

*About Savana*

Savana occupies a prime position at the front of Porto Cupecoy with some of the best views of the marina and ocean beyond. Its flexible accommodation offers one or two bedrooms, depending on the size of your party.

Designed for indoor and outdoor living, its spacious and airy interior extends to a generous 1453 sq ft with an additional 550 sq ft of covered terrace. A home away from home, attention has been paid to every detail for guests’ enjoyment and comfort.

The interior features an Italian leather wrap-around couch and a six-seater glass top dining table. Amenities and conveniences include stainless-steel appliances, granite and marble countertops, double-bowl sinks, stainless steel faucets and fittings, self-cleaning ovens and microwaves, side-by-side refrigerators, with bottom drawer freezers, electric cook-tops and whisper-quiet dishwashers. The fully equipped laundry room includes a washer and dryer. There is cable TV in the lounge and master bedroom for those chill out stay-in evenings and wireless Internet throughout.

The main bedroom has a king-size bed, flat screen TV and is fully air conditioned along with a ceiling fan for total comfort. The en-suite, luxury marble bathroom has a full bath with a marble travertine countertop, twin his and hers basins and a separate shower room. The second guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, a separate, marble luxury shower room with stylish basin and is also fully air conditioned with a ceiling fan.

Returned trip to St. Martin

We stayed in this Portico Cupecoy condo for five days. We loved this condo, its location, how safe and quiet it is. You have to have a car to get to beaches, we loved proximity of the food market and few restaurants in PC if you dont feel like going anywhere for lunch or dinner. The only complin is low water pressure in the master bathroom sinks, although shower was good. We would stay there again.

Nice Property in a great Development

This is a nice property. Well appointed, great large private balcony with great views. Property managers Bill & Kathy couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful when we had a question. Porto Cupecoy, where this condo is located is a great development with many amenities as well as some fabulous Restautants and a fully stocked grocery store. It should be noted however, that this is a 2 bedroom unit and the 2nd bedroom is very small, no TV and more importantly the en Suite bathroom has only a sink and a shower, no toilet. You have to use the bathroom in the hallway. Other than that, this is a great unit and we enjoyed staying there. Porto Cupecoy is definitely one of the best places to stay on the island. We’ve been coming to St Maarten for almost 20 years. The island is slowly but surely coming back and we’re looking forward to coming back soon and staying at Porto Cupecoy.

Excellent location!!

We stayed for 3 weeks in this 2 bedroom unit at Porto Cupecoy. We felt we received a good value for the cost of this unit vs the cost of similar properties. The highlights for us were the views were amazing, the complex is a great location for convenient grocery shopping and great dining on premises. The unit had all the amenities you would need, save for a few broken wine glasses. I would caution that the 2nd bedroom has a shower/sink but not a toilet in the suite. You would need to use the main entrance 1/2 bath. The air conditioning worked very well, however the master bedroom/bath area was always humid for some reason. We felt very safe during our stay here. There are multiple security gates on the property. I gave our stay only a 4 star review because of the frustration in receiving timely communication replies with the owner's manager Amanda Woodward. Luckily, Kathy, the onsite manager met us and was extremely helpful to us during our stay.

Second Summer in Savana

We very much enjoyed another Summer vacation in Savana. Savana is spacious with plenty of room for our family to spread out. We love the beautiful outdoor area where we can relax after a day at the beach. I enjoyed the nice workout facility and almost always had the place to myself. My family loves the Porto Cupecoy complex. It is close to our favorite beach Mullett and nice to have access to all the wonderful restaurants located here. Happy hour at Rendezvous and Dinner @ Mario's are always on the list. Sad to be leaving but thankful for the time spent in this wonderful condo. Thanks for sharing your lovely place with us yet again. Looking forward to a return trip.

This could be a great rental.Good location, close to beach, shopping and restaurants.

The property is not all that bad, however as another reviewer had mentioned their is an odor that is unpleasant. This will keep me from renting again, in fact I have another reservation in January that I have canceled.I have emailed the owner in regards to my deposit being refunded and she doesn't reply. Their are a lot of places to rent this my not be your best choice.
