Amazing Stay, Do not hesitate

This place was absolutely perfect for us for 10 days. The room and entire resort is very well kept. The pool area is great and was never over crowded. Honestly, few places end up actually being BETTER than the photos, but this is one of those places.

Very cozy for just 2 people

This is our 2nd time staying at Royal Islander and 1st time in this unit. We found it very cozy for just 2 people. The unit was very clean, supplied with enough ingredients, coffee & creamer, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap and plenty of dishes and cookware. The bed was very comfortable, extra pillows and blankets in the closet. The outdoor patio was perfect right on the roof top garden. I was able to go over the side and walk the garden area right from my patio everyday. Large closet with a safe which we used, very easy to use. AC worked GREAT.The pool area is an easy walk right down the hallway with an ice machine just 30 feet from our front door. Very nice pool and hot tub. Pool bar open daily and it's run by a very friendly lady and her husband. Others mentioned the Wee lounge next door, yes, you can hear the base going until 3am NOT super load when laying in bed, more of a faint distance sound, we had our noise machine on which helped drown it out for the most part.Maho main street is right out the front door with plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and casino. Makes for a very fun night out without having to drive any where.We will for sure rent again. My only suggestion would be to have a broom in the room. There was a dry mop and dust pan I used to sweep up the sand daily and dump, otherwise a PERFECT STAY once again.Jeffrey the caretaker was very on top of things and very easy to communicate with, answered right away.

There was four of us staying in two rooms. The rooms where on the 1st floor, but we were very close to the WE Lounge , so it was base noisy till the we hours of the morning. Great place to stay , just not too close to the lounge and you’ll be fine.

Another Great Trip to Maho

Property was exactly as described. Communication was excellent with owner. Pool was perfect as well as the entire property. Do not hesitate to stay in this property. It’s clean, safe and everything you need for a wonderful stay. Lots of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. You can watch the planes land and take off from the pool deck as well as watch the sunset. Free beach chairs available as well as beach towels from sister property across the street! We will be back! Great property!

Great Condo and Location on Maho Beach

Very nice condo in a great location safe island, fun island plenty of restaurant's beaches and bars close by. easy to pick up Taxis across the street at taxi station. don't waste money getting a rental car unless you a a explorer. pool and small pool bar was nice (pool bar cash only) don't convert money they accept American dollars everywhere and credit cards.

Everything was wonderful. Enjoyed staying in Maho, so many restaurants and lounges and extra bonus Casino is right next door. Unit was fine for a short stay, internet spotty but to be expected being so close to airport. Definitely a good stay !

Definitely a MUST!

From the moment of booking until check out~ I was super impressed. Great communication with detailed direction! Upon arrival to unit, very clean, and a beautiful garden view, just a few steps from a glorious pool/hot tub/bar. It was a treat to see coffee/dish soap/and so many other necessities! *not sure if past guest left or if this was an upgrade due to great host. There is a market next door, tons of fantastic places to eat, a casino with the best sushi I've every had! If you are looking for a place surrounded by beautiful views, no need for a car, walk anywhere within minutes... This is your place!! We will be back!!
