This is a very clean, newer construction suburban home. It has great space for folks to hang out downstairs, and our young adults loved the game room. It was our hub for family weekend at CSU Fort Collins, which is about a 20-minute drive. The neighborhood is very quiet, but houses are in close proximity without privacy in the family friendly backyard. It is without a grill, but Loveland and Fort Collins offer many great eateries. The hosts are very responsive, and I truly appreciated their help getting a few extra blankets for the beds. You are close to running trails and a 30-minute drive away from the mountains.

Clean house, back yard is super cute! Thank you for not locking the AC/Heating unit! Parking was nerve wrecking for me bc of the hill, but overall would recommend this place

This home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and spacious with lots of thoughtful extras and amenities. It’s in a great location—quiet neighborhood and easy to get to both Fort Collins and Loveland. The check-in process was smooth, and everything was just as described. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again!

Your home exceeded all of our expectations! We loved how you decorated it and finding all the names of everything. The game room was a big hit with our teenagers and adults! We loved the putting green and the axe throwing. Thank you for your hospitality!

Could not have been better.

Everything about the place was top notch. Washer and dryer was a treat . It was nice not to have to take home dirty laundry. I could also pack less. Loved the big farmhouse table for our family meals and games. Backyard with putting green was fun. All bedrooms were lovely. My bed was very comfortable. It is so much better than hotel rooms. There were plenty of towels. Loved the COFFEE. I’d come again.

We stayed at the “Lovely Loveland” while in Colorado for a softball tournament and it was perfect. Loved the home, activities, and convenient location. This is a great place to stay with a large or extended family!

Nice work thoughtful touches

Stay was great. Great communications and nice touches such as makeup mirror and desk, luggage rack in each room to put luggage on, and outside activities. Check in and check out super easy and convenient. Really appreciated not having to do a bunch of check list items and chores for check out. Would highly recommend!!

10/10 Fantastic place to stay

The host was wonderful with communication, very prompt response to all my questions. She was very accommodating with my request. I traveled with my family, ranging in age from 1 to adults. The home had accommodations for every age group. From a baby gate for the staircase, children’s book and games and games for older children and adults. Can’t say enough about the property and the host. If we find ourselves in the area again, we would not hesitate to book this place again.

The house was perfect for us! So clean and very well supplied. The host was very prompt in helping us if there was a question. Best place we have stayed in! Highly recommend this property. Although we had no kids - it would be a good place to stay with them.

Perfect CSU Family Weekend Stay

Such a comfortable home for my kids, my parents, and myself who were all in town to visit my CSU freshman for our first Family Weekend. We got to avoid all the chaos of Fort Collins when we need to, enjoyed a family meal “at home”, and kicked back, played games, & watched the first two games of the World Series all together.

Perfect in Loveland

This is by far the best VRBO experience I have had in my life. Owners were super professional, friendly and helpful. The house is beyond spotless, very well appointed with all the stuff you need, comfortable, and spot on for the description as listed. Easy check in and check out too. We loved it.
