Room is not what expected. Breakfast is expensive for 22 euro with the same menu everyday no varieties at all. The only thing about the hotel is close to the sanctuary which is very convenient other than that nothing is great. But housekeeping did a good job though.

First check in was given a room below my expectation could not have a room change right away with a reason hotel fully booked. Purchased breakfast but every morning had an issue and informed that my room not include the breakfast and kept telling that i did purchase. Communication break down internally but put the guest on the spot. Only Abby and a guy with a pony tail the reception who have customer orientated. Even the manager Pryanka did not show the empathy. Chosed this hotel is only for its location which is the closet to the Sanctuary. But bravo to housekeeping team who did a good job.

This hotel is conveniently located close to the grotto and shops. They prioritize large tour groups though. As a result, there was no so called VIP access since my room did not even have a balcony. I was also advised by the front desk that A/C was shut off and they only had heat on despite no air circulation in the room. I’ve been staying here every year and this time was quite a disappointing experience.

Wonderful stay at the beautiful beachfront hotel with my wife great customer service in the restaurant and otherwise we left at 5 AM and the staff had coffee waiting for me as well as a danish for my wife and I.

The hotel building is nice and very old and charming, however, when we ordered dinner, the guy from the restaurant came brought the dinner to our room and left it inside on the table and showed us the bill. We asked him to wait outside our room so we can grab our wallet to pay, but he was refusing to leave the room unless we paid. It was very uncomfortable as I was getting out of the shower and my husband was looking for his wallet. At the end of our stay, we asked reception to send someone to check the wine cooler because it seemed not cold and when the guy came and checked it, I asked him for some trash bags and he said he wouldn't bring it and that I have to go downstairs to get it. I was in my pijamas and it was 12am at night. I called the hotel manager to complain, spoke with Pierre and was told to email him and Matilda. I emailed Pierre and Matilda (hotel manager to report it and never got a response back by email or phone. This shows how much they care about their guests....

Misleading description/representation of rooms, to reach some there is a long, sineous route to an attached building old, needing repairs, worn out carpet and screeching floor noises. The staff was courteous, but limited especially at busy times. Both breakfast and dining were very good, but with very limited time.
