Palmvillas 39B is a 3-bedroom spacious villa, located in a calm residential area of Vilamoura, a well-known resort to have all the amenities you expect for a relaxing memorable holiday, whether you prefer to spend your time in the villa premises or take advantage of the existing adventures offered at the Marina. There is one double queen size bed on the ground floor, and two twin bedrooms on the first floor one of which has a large private terrace. There is also one bathroom on each of the floors. The kitchen furnished in a country style is very spacious and fully equipped. In the garden there is a private pool 4 by 8 meters (13 x 26ft) as well a a BBQ set in a tropical garden rich in palms and well-kept plants. The large living/dining room (54 m2 = 600 sq ft) has a dining table for 8 people and a French door that opens out onto the garden. Close by, 1,5km away there a 2 fully stocked supermarkets which meet all your needs during your holiday, including a variety of fresh baked bread at all times, 7 days a week. In the town of Quarteira you can easily find many family run restaurants for traditional meals at very economical prices. The villa situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac in Vilamoura.
This villa is semi-detached to Palmvillas 39A but each have their private grounds, pool and BBQ. Midweek cleaning with change of towels.

The villa and the adjoining property were built in 1991 and are built and finished to very high standards using traditional materials. Both properties enjoy large spacious rooms furnished in traditional styles and are located in a long cul-de-sac street lined with other detached high end villas of differing styles with a turning circle at the end. We hired a car as we knew that it would facilitate our trips to both Vilamoura and Quarteira as we usually eat out in the evenings at several of the local restaurants. Unfortunately, our first week was badly affected by thunderstorms (Storm Claudia) but the villa was protected by metal shutters on all windows and our host Carlos supplied us with heaters. I contacted him with a couple of problems that arose and he came out immediately and the issues were resolved very quickly to our complete satisfaction. The villa was cleaned on Wednesdays and Saturdays and new towels, clean bedding etc were provided and the cleaner removed any rubbish and cleaned all bathrooms, floors etc to a high standard. The gardens are planted with palm trees which have matured over the last 35 years and they give a very tropical feel to the pool area.The photos of the property posted by the owner are accurate and perhaps don't reflect the very spacious aspect of the property and the decor, fixtures and fittings are of the latter end of the 20th century and high quality as opposed to the more disposable replaceable materials/designs in modern properties

Carlos was a great host, always contactable and communicated before we arrived. The property was well presented, close to most things, clean and the pictures on the site were accurate. Everything worked down to the knives in the utensil drawer being nicely sharp. The only issues I would have are some traffic noise in the pool area and the ducks in the photographs were seemingly on holiday while we were there. Nothing really to fault it and we will likely stay again next year.

Th is is a Nice villa and Carlos is a great host; very helpful with storing bags die to rely arrival and any niggles during the stay. Only down side would be the towels and linen could do with a refresh/replacing.

Beautiful villa

This villa is really beautiful, the pool is spotless and the villa has so much space for a group of people. The area is very well kept and largely residential, the streets are very safe to walk at night and generally very peaceful. It is about a 20 minute walk to the marina, where there’s lots of bars, restaurants, shops and incredible yachts. Carlos the host is faultless. He made everything so easy and perfect for our stay and would recommend him to anyone. The only downside was the road which runs behind the villa, but you soon get used to it. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would love to visit again soon.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this Billa. Thanks to Carlos & his team we were well looked after, especial during the recent fires. Carlos was on hand immediately & negotiated the clean up process with extreme efficiency. We would definitely recommend this villa. We didn’t hire a car but used a local taxi driver & Uber. Supermarket walkable distance but a taxi back (not expensive)if you’ve lots of shopping & water etc! There were 7 of us including 2 children aged 5 & 7. Everyone had a good time.

High quality property with great host

The host was very welcoming and could not have been more helpful. The property was spotless on arrival. The Villa is situated in a lovely quiet neighbourhood close to golf courses and only half an hours walk to the vibrant Vilamoura Marina and 15 mins walk to nearest Supermarket. Fantastic week in this lovley villa

Carlos is a great host, very quick to answer and questions or queries. The property is very clean and well apointed. Pool was a great size and very clean. We hired a smqll car to run about in and qhere only 5 - 10 mins from 3 large supermarkets. 5 min drive down to the beach at Quartera. Will come back again, got lucky with october weather had a great time.

OVERALL THE VILLA HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED, VERY QUITE LOCATION, CABS ARE IN ORDER WHEREVER YOU GO UNLESS YOU LIKE A LONG WALK. We loved our stay at palm villas 39b! The villa was spotlessly clean and we had everything we needed. Carlos is the perfect host and is always on hand if required. The pool is lovely and a perfect size for adults and the kids. The garden was my favourite area and is full of lush tropical plants. We spent most of our time here. If I'm honest the slight down side is a bit of noise from the road behind the villa but we didn't let this spoil anything for us so dont be put off. The villa is around a 40 minute walk into the marina but we booked taxis as they are really cheap at around 6 euros one way. All in all we would definitely recommend Carlos's villa.

Just returned from a week family stay in this villa with 3 small children, Carlos was lovely and very welcoming the property was exactly what we hoped with everything we needed and clean, although the walk to the supermarket and into Vilamoura where a little longer for my 4 yr old than expected and not a lot of pavement for a double buggy with my other 2 it certainly wouldn’t stop me going back again and we usually got a taxi back in the evening costing no more than 6 euro, all in all I would highly recommend and see how lovely it is for yourselves can’t wait to return in the future, thanks again Carlos.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weeks holiday at the Villa. Carlos was very helpful and friendly and very kindly stored our luggage, after we booked out, because we had a late flight. Pinhal and Victoria golf courses were excellent and only a short drive away. We didn't bother to hire a car, just took taxis, Uber and local cabs were very good. The Marina had good places to eat and relax. It was our first trip to Quarteria and will definitely return again before too long. Thank you Carlos.

A spotless villa with everything you need to have a great holiday.

Palm Villa 39B is a spotless 3 bedroom villa. The owner Carlos is awesome. Helpful, attentive and available whenever you need him. He clearly loves what he does and has put a great deal of care into providing a true home from home. Inside is clean, spacious and very well equipped. If I were to be super picky i’d say the beds are quite firm but it’s down to individual taste. The showers a great, the bathrooms spacious and again spotless. The bedrooms are a great size and overall the villa is very well laid out and spacious. You never get the impression of being cramped. There were 6 of us and had more than enough space to go off and do your own thing if if you liked. Outside is truely where this Villa stands alone. We as a family rent Villa’s in Malta, Majorca, Spain, Dubai and Scotland so we have a lot of experience in holiday rentals. Carlos has put a great deal of care into the garden and pool area. One thing that we found great was the availability to rent the pool gates. This divides the pool from the patio and gives you a lot of peace of mind with the kids running around. It’s worth every penny. The pools a great size, the patio furniture is ideal and the there’s an outside barbecue that uses charcoals. In terms of other services there are cleaners who come on a Sat and Wednesday. They are very thorough and just whizz about in a very helpful in intrusive way and again are a great touch for a holiday rental. I would highly recommend this villa for all the reasons above as well as beings very good base for exploring the Algarve. We will definitely be back if Carlos will have us. Lastly the Villa has window shutters. We closed them every night to help keep the rooms dark.

Wonderful Villa

5 of us stayed in Villa 39B in June and loved it. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area and is spacious, well maintained, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The cleaner came in every few days to do a quick clean and change the towels. Halfway through the holiday she carried out a more general clean and changed the bed linen. The pool area is a sun trap but there are plenty of trees to offer shade. The pool is a good size and you can actually have a swim rather than some that are little more ‘plunge pools’. Carlos, the owner, met us on arrival to show us a round and came regularly to attend to the pool. Two of our party had a late flight and since the next visitors weren’t arriving till the following day, they were allowed to stay beyond the check out time. Thank you Carlos, this was very much appreciated. It is a 30minute walk into Vilamoura with its lovely marina, shops and excellent restaurants. A taxi home cost us €6. 30 minutes walk in the other direction takes you to Quarteira which is less glamorous than Vilamoura but has a lovely paved promenade along the beach. Its restaurants and bars are a lot less expensive than Vilamoura. Our favourite was Diplomatico, a French restaurant with great value fixed price menus - simple ingredients beautifully cooked. The owner and his daughter are delightful. You can get a bus from the bus station in Quarteira to Faro and Albufeira, both of which have old town areas that are worth a visit. We really enjoyed our stay in Villa 39B and Carlos goes out of his way to make things as easy as possible. We hope to stay there again and would highly recommended the villa.
