Step inside to three comfortable bedrooms on the first floor: one double with private bathroom and bathtub, a twin bedroom, and another double bedroom. The twin and second double share a bathroom with shower, making it easy for families to get ready for the day.



On the ground floor, the cosy living room offers sofas, a fireplace and satellite TV, flowing into the dining area with a table for six where everyone can eat together. Wi‑Fi keeps you connected during your stay. The fully equipped kitchen includes washing machine, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, ceramic hob and all essential utensils so you can prepare simple snacks or full family meals with ease.



Outside, guests love the large garden with its generous lawn that wraps around a rustic pergola sheltering a garden dining table, creating a charming shaded corner for long al fresco meals. The private pool of about 6 x 4 metres with several sunbeds invites you to soak up the Algarve sun, while another dining table for six beside the built‑in charcoal BBQ sets the scene for truly relaxed evenings. Free parking is available right next to the property, adding extra convenience for days out exploring the region.
