Villa Phi Phi, fully renovated, is a traditional and spacious 4-bedroom holiday home with a private swimming pool, affording a prime location in the heart of Vilamoura. The property is located just a short drive away from the world famous Vilamoura Marina with its gorgeous bars and restaurants, and from the stunning beaches of Praia da Falésia and Praia de Vilamoura, just to name a few. With easy access to water parks and with championship golf courses only minutes away, Villa Phi Phi is in the ideal location from which to enjoy and explore the Algarve.



This comfortable villa with free Wi-Fi has 4 bedrooms, all with air-conditioning. A twin bedroom is situated on the ground floor, along with a guest W.C. and a bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower. On the first floor there are 2 bathrooms and a further 3 bedrooms (1 double with an en-suite bathroom and 2 twin bedrooms) all of which have doors leading to an outside terrace.



The large family kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances you'll need for home cooking, with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.



The generously spacious, air-conditioned living room with its beautiful traditional wooden floor is equipped with a satellite television, and leads to a separate dining room with a large dining table and 8 chairs. Traditional doors allow direct access to the terrace with outdoor lounge / dining areas and a brick-built BBQ, as well as the garden and swimming pool.



The villa has a superb private swimming pool and an outdoor shower, surrounded by a stunning lawned garden with sunbeds for lounging and enjoying the summer sun.



Villamoura is famous for its golf courses and marina and is a very central location with everything you may need within close range. Quality large supermarkets, bars and restaurants are located within a 5-minute drive and the Aquashow Water Park, one of the biggest in the region, is also a short drive away. This villa is located close to the Old Village Vilamoura.



Villa Phi Phi is the perfect choice for a wonderful private holiday in close proximity to everything you may require, and from which to enjoy Vilamoura, with its lively Marina and Casino, quality restaurants, bars, shops, golf, and all it has to offer.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

From the 9th to the 10th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
