Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Very disappointed with our stay. Communication was poor from the start. Every message before check-in was automated, and although I requested an early check-in multiple times, the automated message told to ask again on the day of arrival. When I did, no one responded.
When we arrived, there was only one key for a property advertised for a larger group. Even worse, the front door wouldn’t lock, creating a security concern. We reached out to the host but never received a response and had to figure it out ourselves.
The listing was also inaccurate. We booked because it was advertised as a 4-bedroom property, but it was actually 3 bedrooms with a pullout couch. After I contacted Expedia/Vrbo the listing was updated to reflect this.
Basic amenities were lacking: only one bath mat for two bathrooms, very limited toilet paper, paper towels, and soap, and one bed had a large red stain on the sheet.
The biggest issue was parking. The listing advertised onsite parking, which was a deciding factor for us. After hours of trying to reach the host and involving Expedia, we were finally told there was no onsite parking—only street parking.
Overall, the poor communication, inaccurate listing, and lack of basic amenities made this a very disappointing stay. I hope this management company corrects these issues for future guests.
