This Vila boasts stunning country views and a convenient location 5 minute drive to the marina, several beaches, and across the street from Dom Pedro Old golf course. It is within walking distance to a bakery and restaurants. Beautiful grounds with inviting outdoor living areas and four bedrooms make this vila the perfect place for unforgettable family fun, a romantic getaway or warm weather holiday with friends.
This non smoking vila offers an array of sleeping options that are suitable for up to 10 guests.
It consists of 4 bright, airy and tastefully decorated bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom is on the top floor and has a king size bed and two terraces.There is one bedroom on the main floor with a queen size bed and two bedrooms on the lower lever (one with a queen size bed and one with two single beds) There is an additional foldaway single bed and a futon/sofa bed.
The vila is child friendly with all the safety features, including cot, stair safety gates and high chair.
The dining area is large and very inviting. it has a walk out to a very spacious balcony overlooking the beautiful private pool.
You can dine alfresco on the balcony or by the pool while barbequing on the outdoor grill.
The lower level consists of a games room with pool table, table tennis and dart board.There is WIFI throughout the vila and it offers both Satellite TV with British Channels as well as local Cable TV.

Great House but……

Great space, and communication with the owner was also great. When we arrived the agent let us in and did a quick walk round....the place smelt very musty. We opened every window and door (and screen) to air the house, but was surprised that if it had been cleaned recently, we would have smelt the detergent used? Anyway...to the bedrooms to unpack...again everywhere smelt musty, and the beds felt damp (I appreciate it was April, but I didn't rent the house thinking it would be my responsibility to 'air' it and dry it out?) Anyway, the house has everything you could need, space, full kitchen, fantastic games room, pool etc. Later that afternoon, I realised you had to pay extra to get the pool heated, so i contacted George who arranged for the guy to come round that evening and switch the pool heating on (great service) for 195 euro's for the week, small price to pay in April for a heated pool. However, even when we left the following Saturday, it was still freezing cold, and would have taken your breath away, and given we didn't need the AC on at all, would have thought the heated pool should be a free alternative?? Anyway, aside from the musty smell, that was still there when we left, and the feeling of dampness everywhere, we had a great time, the location is ideal, only 7 euro's in an Uber to the marina, the local bakery is amazing (if you find it!) and you will need to hire a car, although a decent Pingo Doce supermarket is a walk away. Enjoyed it, yes, would I go back, NO

spacious villa will super pool

Large spacious villa in quiet area games rooms great too. Pool was really good size with plenty of sun loungers ( albeit they were a little tired looking but perfectly functional). We had a hire car but also used Uber to get around which was always available and very reasonably priced. House would be ideal for multiple family group.

Beautiful, clean, roomy, cool (air-con) villa with amazing pool area - a home from home with everything you need. A shirt walk to the shop/bar/restaurants. Ideal quiet location, short taxi to the marina. Check in was quick and easy. We all loved this villa and will return. The owner stayed in touch and answered my questions/offered advice. There is also a useful book of information in the Villa. Photos don’t do the Villa justice, it is huge and gorgeous! Pool and garden are bigger than expected. Highly recommend for friends/families, there is loads of room for all!

Having stayed in several villas in vilamoura, this one ranks high up as one of my favourites. Good location, Ubers cost only 4 euro to the marina and the villa has everything you need to keep everyone entertained

What a fantastic villa. We love the pool, spent many lazy hours alongside and playing in it. Location is perfect, quiet neighbourhood and just a 4 euro taxi down to the Marina and the lively atmosphere. Games room was a source of fun, kitchen had everything we needed and each room with own ensuite perfect for our group. We are already planning to book next year. Second week of October and hit 27 degrees one day. Sunny and hot all week

Quality villa in an ideal location for golf courses and easy travel to Vilamoura

Excellent communications with owner and management company who readily facilitated an early check in for our group of 4 male golfers. Great location for our selected golf courses, the Dom Pedro courses, and easy access from airport (25 mins) and to Vilamoura itself (10 minutes). All the modern facilities within the villa you come to expect from VRBO, clean and comfortable. Quality games room in the basement, ideal for children and big kids alike. Excellent pool which was cleaned twice in the week we were there. First class security system, we accidentally activated the alarm on return 1 evening and the security company were at the door within minutes. I'd recommend this as an ideal location for a group of golfers or a a family holiday. Brown's sports bar at the bottom of the hill (5 min walk) was a great bar/ restaurant with very friendly staff who warmly welcomed us. First class, thank you...John

Dated property in need of a lot of upgrading

Very disappointed in this property, which is in need of significant modernising and refurbishment. Furniture and equipment is very old and should be replaced. Bedding and linen is of very poor quality and some items were smelly, including bath towels. Crockery/cutlery and kitchen equipment all dated and in need of replacement. Outside area is tired with very old and uncomfortable furniture and sun loungers. Includes broken items and very basic plastic chairs. Outside shower unusable, looks broken. The games room in particular has a musty, stale smell. The pool table and darts equipment is either broken or incomplete and the furniture is not clean and very old. The property has huge potential but needs significant investment, freshly painted throughout (inside and out) and a deep clean. It should not be offered to the rental market in its present condition.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great week at this villa. It is very spacious, each room has it's own bathroom. The playroom was great for our kids/teens. They had a great time down there. The pool area is fantastic. We all had so much fun. Lots of shade from the trees, good privacy from the road. The upper deck was so lovely and relaxing to sit in the morning or for dinner. The kitchen is well appointed. Everything we needed. Location was good for us. We took Ubers to the grocery store and to the marina for dinner etc. it was a bit too far to walk with the kids. The little bakery nearby is excellent and a short walk. Owner was responsive and check in etc.. was all very smooth. My only recommendation would be to upgrade the bedding and bathroom towels. they have seen better days. Overall we loved our stay! would definitely come back.

Wonderful spacious property with great facilities. Great pool and garden which captures the sun from early morning to the late evening. Next to the golf course and a relatively short walk / drive into Vilamoura.

Great location for a family holiday

Great property. We were a mixed family group with 3 generations. Villa was spacious and comfortable. Pool area was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. We made use of Uber to travel in and out oof the Marina area in the evenings.

Family celebration

We have just returned from a family holiday to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary staying at the Vila Agostinho, the villa was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, in a lovely surrounding. We enjoyed the heated pool and gardens and also the view sitting on the balcony. George, the owner, was quick at replying to any message and very helpful. It was lovely to be able to access English TV too. The games room was used as well. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Amazing villa

Loved everything about the villa, like home away from home. The kids loved the pool and surrounding garden and the extra bonus was the games room with pool table, for a break from the sun. Adults and children enjoyed this room for competitions and all round fun. We hired a car for shopping and visiting other towns but not needed as a lot of things in walking distance like restaurants, shops etc plus taxis reasonably priced. Will definitely be back as George made sure everything was perfect for our stay and if we needed, could contact him directly with any issues. I highly recommend this beautiful villa many thanks for our wonderful 10 nights away

Perfect stay

Just returned from a fantastic family holiday in this Villa. Really great location, very quiet but only 5 minutes drive to the marina or beach. Small supermarket and cafe only 10 minuets walk. The Villa itself is larger then it looks and is very comfortable and well equipped, which was great as we picked the only changeable weather week since May !! The pool table and dart board and heated pool ( extra cost but worth it if the weather looks iffy ) kept my two teenagers and eight year old fully entertained, UK TV channels if you need them too. We had a great week and will book this Villa again, the agents met us at the property even though it was a late arrival and showed us everything and we also had the pleasure of meeting the owner and his wife briefly which was great and they are a very nice couple. Thank you George we will be back.

Very enjoyable stay

Very enjoyable stay at Villa Agostinho - we found the villa to be very spacious, peacful and with all the facilities we needed plus a lovely big pool. Spa supermarket a 20 min walk away, bakery 10 mins away and Browns Sports bar 10 mins away which was great for a drink / lunch. They do serve breakfast and dinner also. We chose not to hire a car and instead used Uber - approx 5 EURO to get to the Marina. We also enjoyed a lovely meal at Cafe Del Art situated about 15 mins walk from the Villa. We found the location to be ideal and really enjoyed our stay as a family at the Villa.
